Simple Practice is a great platform for me to use as a solo private practice owner. I can provide telehealth sessions with my clients. I can use the treatment template for my treatment plan and my note. I can use Simple Practice to submit my claims. Again, a great website.

I was able to set up my entire EHR in just a few days - including formatting my own intake docs, assessments, and note templates. The integrated video option and Stripe features are very convenient. Everything has been straight forward and easy to use; I have not had any issues with the software at all since I started using it for my practice a few months back.

Simple Practice has completely delivered on all my needs as a new private practice owner. I started with another EHR system and found it difficult to learn. Simple Practice was intuitive and their support base helpful. I was concerned that support was web-based rather than by phone but I've had my questions answered quickly and thoroughly via email. I was also intimidated by insurance billing. Their system has been clear, easy, quick, and seamless to interface with insurance companies and keep records of payments. I would highly recommend!

I moved to SimplePractice from a previous therapy platform and have been really impressed by how easy to use it has been. I can keep up with notes, scheduling, billing, and reminders all in one place. It has definitely taken a lot of my administrative load.

As someone who has been a therapist for 5+ years I have to say that SimplePractice has been such an easy platform to use and really takes a lot of difficulty out of managing my own practice now that I have ventured out on my own. Having tried one other platform SimplePractice is definitely the way to go!

SimplePractice has been an excellent EHR system for me as I started my private practice. It’s a good quality system with an abundant number of resources. The forms and questionnaires available on the platform have been very helpful. I am grateful for the help center’s timely responses to my questions.

I love SimplePractice! It allows me to manage my appointments and documentation all in one place. It's easy to use and navigate. I enjoy the free webinars. I also enjoy being able to provide HIPPA safe virtual appointments.

So far my experience has been successful. Being able to submit claims on line has been fairly easy and getting the account set up was also streamlined by the numerous tutorials. The only thing I would like to see is a more convenient access to the treatment plan for review.

I have been using Simple Practice since 2015. I am so glad I started with them when my own practice was just beginning. It helped me get organized and understand what I needed to do. Now, years later, it still works so well for me. Anywhere I go, I can sign on for my schedule, see a clients history, or do an appointment online. Without Simple Practice I would have never been able to be as organized and on top of things.

I would say my favorite aspect of SimplePractice is the seamless automatic billing process. I also love how easy it is to make & send superbills. I wish there was a better feature for when I run support groups (I have to put individual appointment blocks for each participant).

This is an easy to use platform that gets the job done. There are no hidden fees and customer service has been awesome. It allows me to document without getting bogged down in extra features, thus allowing me to focus on what is important, patient care.

SimplePractice makes scheduling and note taking easy to use and efficient. The website is easy to use and comes with lots of resources which is especially helpful for a clinician learning to navigate private practice.

Simple Practice truly lives up to their name! It is very user friendly and the help desk is responsive and quick. I have used 4 other electronic systems this has honestly been the easiest to use personalize.

Simple Practice has provided me with a seamless transition into private practice with my clients. I’m pretty tech savvy so it was a simple adjustment to the platform. I’ve been able to communicate with clients, schedule & get things done in a timely manner. There has only been 1 instance in over 80 hours of seeing clients where Simple Practice was having an issue.

It is easy to use and very self-explanatory. It also has all the templates I needed.

Simple Practice has been a great resource as I developed a private practice following many years working in agency/hospital settings. I appreciate the ease of administrative functions like Autopay, automated appointment reminders and sending forms and questionnaires to clients. My clients love this too! Clinical documentation is also easy to customize and track. I recommend Simple Practice to colleagues all the time.

There have been quite a few helpful drops of new capabilities. This has shown the company's active investment in meeting providers' needs and wants. My only real complaint is that when I was new to the system I could have used more access to immediate support rather than having to jump through hoops to figure things out or get in touch with a specialist who could guide me through. Other than this, SP has been basically flawless in terms of providing what I need for my business.

I initially chose Simple Practice for my therapy private practice for its functionality and all-in-one platform. It serves its purpose to provide an all-in-one software. Everything was easy to set up and fairly easy to navigate. I also love that they offer training and have a great spread of blog posts to contribute to my practice knowledge.

A few things to consider, that I don't think work well. The platform has a lot of parts, navigating that to customize your individual practice can be a bit overwhelming. I also unfortunately signed up right when their packages changed, which is been disappointing. As a base package holder, I feel they have removed a few key features for any practice and the only option is to upgrade my package to something where I would not use the majority of the functions I need. It would be nice to have add-on options to combat paying for an upgraded package to only use one additional feature.

overall decent platform would recommend for their ease of use and all-in-one design. would caution on picking the right package option for you and your practice which may result in either overpaying or missing out on some key functions.
