I enquired late on a Saturday night whether a spare part (a spring) was available for an 8 year old 40l stainless steel bin. I was contacted the following day, by an advisor who told me as it had a 10 year warranty it would be covered. As I still had a copy of the invoice, by later that same day a bin was on its way to me. Shipping issues to Jersey ensued, but the customer team were extremely diligent in trying to sort out these out, meaning that I now have a shiny new bin to replace my old one. Excellent customer service and a real treat to deal a team who were keen to resolve my issue quickly. Highly recommended.

Contacted customer services having low expectaions, as I had lost the receipt and could not prove purchase of an illuminated mirror. I found customer services very helpful and very quick in resolving my problem even without the proof of purchase.
Simple Human has been very, very generous in that they have offered to send me a sample of their black wheelie bin liners to see of it will fit ! I have never had that experience before! The are so amazing!
Superb quality and stylish products with fantastic customer service when plastic inner developed cracks after years of use - fast replacement.

I purchased a Simple Human illuminated magnifying mirror last August 2025. Recently, it had stopped charging and working. Therefore I contacted Customer Services via email and they immediately responded. Once they had confirmed details of purchase, and after sending a short video of the issue ( all on the same day the issue was raised) I received an email saying they would be sending me a new replacement - It arrived today, 2 days after issue was raised! Amazing customer service .. if only all companies could operate in this way ..Thank you service team, I would highly recommend Simplehuman

The plastic hinge on our 8 year old double bin snapped. I contacted Customer Services and was delighted to be informed that there was a 10 year warranty on the bin. Within three days of my initial enquiry, a new replacement bin was delivered. The customer service was outstanding!
