No Esim delivered

Ordered 2x 16 day unlimited Esims. Website states they will arrive in 15mins or, at most, 2 hours so figured a day before was plenty of time. Unfortunately here we are over 12 hours later with nothing arrived (except a receipt from PayPal to confirm they've taken my money for nothing) and no response to my email to customer service to explain, nor any way to phone and contact them directly. Leaving for Japan imminently so looks like I'll be pushing for a refund and sorting something else. When dealing with E-sims, which are designed to be easier and more convenient/faster, this is just really poor and not good enough. It's a shame because I got a physical sim from them earlier in the year and it was great, but compared to other esim providers I've used this is just bad.
Looking at a couple of other reviews here with a similar issue, I think if you're going for an esim use another provider.

EDIT - I did finally receive the esims about 36hrs after ordering them. One is excellent but the speed on the other is really not very good, which seems odd. Overall I'm not hugely impressed and if you're tight on time I'd definitely go with someone else.

Japan eSIM worked perfectly for my trip

I purchased 2 x 50GB 16-day eSIMs for me and my partner. They were slightly fiddly to set up, requiring manual editing of the APN settings on the phone but the documentation was good and it wasn't too hard. We got decent to very fast 4G speeds in all the places we went between Tokyo and Okayama (the eSIM works on the NTT DoCoMo network without roaming). I did some speed tests and got over 100mbps in a few places so I am confident there was no speed throttling. All in all a great experience. I only used about 12% of the 50GB data limit, but this was double what I would have got with the lower option of 3GB so I did have the right package for me. The 2 phones we used with the eSIMs were Google Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 6a.

I bought the 30GB for 8 days eSIM. Network by IIJ, fast speed LTE. I had 4 full bars almost everywhere I went in west Japan. Easy to install and no need to turn on roaming. Highly recommend!

No link received for my order of an esim

I ordered an esim card for Japan. As specified on there website I was supposed to receive immediately an email with a link to use my esim.
I still have no email. I’ve checked of course in my spam box.
Still, No answer of the support.

was supposed to work for my iphone no refund

was supposed to work for my unlocked iphone right when I get to the airport, but it didnt. The customer support tells me my phone was not fully locked even though it is. I ended up just using wifi wherever available for the week trip, and I contacted the support for the refund.
Looks like I'm not getting a refund because I didn't contact them within 7 days and my phone is not fully unlocked.

do not support this unprofessional business.

An order which I did not receive

I bought simcards and a travel card on March 16 for my trip to Japan on May 12.And did not receive anything till last week of april.I contacted them and they told me that maybe post is lost.I got my refund but I would never buy anything from them as I doubt they even sent me the post.And if I did not ask them they would not even inform me.

Should have purchased on Amazon

Should have purchased on Amazon. Terrible return policy. Would have been a straight forward return had I used amazon. Customer service was not helpful at all. Check your cell phone company. Cost of SIM card is the cost what travel plan is with Verizon.

I bought Mobal's sim card ahead of my trip to Japan

I bought a sim card ahead of my trip to Japan, as I was not sure how easy it is on arrival (availability of sims at airports varies so widely country to country). In fact there are plenty of sim deals at Tokyo airports so they can be picked up on arrival. But I'm glad I bought the Mobal sim. Their customer support is excellent (I contacted because my trip was postponed and it looked like the sim would expire, and this was dealt with quickly). The price is competitive (I paid Yen 3,000 with free, quick delivery to UK) for unlimited 30 day sim - on arrival the cheapest was Yen 2,500 for 2GB/7 days). You can set the sim up ahead of time (especially if you have a dual sim phone) to make sure the APN is saved and thus activated on arrival in Japan. The sim worked flawlessly with high speed 4G throughout my trip. I will buy again when I'm next visiting Japan, if the price remains competitive.

A truly customer-centric organisation

Their unlimited data sim for Japan is truly unlimited and fast. I used it to work on the go. The value is as good as you'll realistically get as a tourist.

They went above and beyond to help me when I was in Japan without a sim, I can't thank the team enough.

If you guys have anything of better value for a 3 - 12 month stay in Japan, please respond to my review!

Japan SIM definitely worth having.

I travelled around some of Japan's cities for 2 weeks and decided to use a SIM for Japan rather than wifi or run up a big bill on my UK SIM.
The SIM arrived in good time, was simple to install, no settings on my iPhone needed changing - it just worked.
I used it a lot for finding places, for information, and keeping in touch with home via WhatsApp and email.
I had a data only SIM, and didn't miss making phone calls.
Perfect - I'd do it again.

Trustworthy seller

Suica cards that I ordered arrived in time. Initially worried that the cards might arrive after I leave for my Japan vacation, I contacted the seller via e-mail to clarify regarding the delivery status and the response was prompt.

I would recommend this seller to my friends who need Sim cards or Suica card for tour. 5 stars for being a trustworthy seller.
