Don't trust Silver Rush Style about Gemstones they use

I personally sent email to Silver Rush Style customer service and asked if they use doublet techniques for so called paraiba tourmaline jewelry. They answered that they use only natural stones. Well, I purchased earrings and pedant. I took photos of the stone in pedant from different angles and asked artificial intelligence. The answer I got that it's a doublet.

Buyer beware!

I’ve ordered from the store a few times. This last time one ring they sent was a very poor quality and had an orange gold tone to it. When I reached out, he said I could return the ring and gave me an address. I paid for the return shipped off the item… and now the retailer will not reply to me nor refund the item.

Now I’m not only out the money for the ring, but I also had to pay for the return shipping. Very disappointed and will be no longer recommending or buying from this retailer.

Ring Missing A Stone!

Re: Order ID: M6-155-436-RQ. First SNAFU was that after I placed the order paying in 4 installments through Klarna, the only way to track delivery was to download Klarna's app, & create an account, but in order to create an account one had to agree to let Klarna have full access to everything on your phone! That wasn't gonna happen! Then the beautiful 18K over .925 Silver Boulder Opal (surrounded by Amethysts and Pink Sapphires) ring arrived missing a .2 carat Amethyst. I'm ordering a 3cm Amethyst, and I will set it in the empty space on the ring because I want nothing more to do with these charlatans. Well, immediately after writing this review, I found a phone number for these yokels, and when I dialed it st 6:00 a.m., Eva answered! She sent me a return label, I returned the ring, the USPS tracking info provided that they received the return ring in Wesley Chapel, FL, on 6/14/24. On 6/21/24, Eva confirmed receipt of the returned ring and stated the jeweler will return Monday (6/24/24) and effect repair. On 6/28/24 Eva advised the repaired ring would be sent out that day, and she would e-mail me the tracking number. Nothing. I have left voicemails 7/5, 7/10, & 7/11/2024, nothing. Again Charlatans, rogues, & thieves 👿 Well, after I updated my review I received a phone call from Eva at Silver Rush Style wherein she stated that they were experiencing great difficulty finding an amethyst to match the other amethysts in the ring, and they were refunding the three payments I had made @ Klarna: $12.15, $12.16, & $12.16. The $12.15, and only one $12.16 payment were refunded. Two $12.16 credits were pending yesterday, but only one credit was processed. The other pending $12.16 credit simply disappeared and my bank says that happens sometimes ~ contact the merchant, which in this case is Silver Rush Style. I just got off the phone with Eva (7/17/2024) at Silver Rush Style and she gave me another ton of excuses - it's Klarna, etc. I said, "I'm not trying to get an extra $12.16 credit out of you." Eva should have stated she would contact Klarna to ascertain what's going on. Thank goodness It's only $12.16 for which I've been clipped. BTW, last week, 7/11/2024, when Eva curiously finally telephoned me only 45 minutes within my posting a M updated review, Eva stated that after the refund of the 3 payments totaling $36.47, Silver Rush Style will send me the repaired Boulder Opal/Pink Sapphire/Amethist Ring once they find a matching Amethyst, of course ~ I'll update this if I get the missing $12.16 credit, and the repaired ring. I ain't holding my breath for either to be effected.
