Non-stop spamming from a due diligence and expert network

I have been receiving non-stop spamming emails from this company. They are sending these to a non-existent email address with the domain from one of my companies (I receive these as a catchall account). They claim to have spoken to my colleagues about the services they offer -- they have not. This is tremendously ironic, coming from a company that promises due diligence and expert services. If they are using deceptive email advertising, what else are they doing?
