I had been looking for a celtic silver bracelet for a time and came across SilverfireUK website. It is the best website for unusual, beautiful jewelry, so much to chose from. I chose a cuff bracelet and asked for it to be made in a smaller size and wider. Phill said that was possible and kept in contact with me through the process. I am delighted with the bracelet, it is so beautiful and quite unusual. I would thoroughly recommend SilverfireUK and when I need a jewelry gift in the future, I know where to look!

I have bought from them a few times. Beautiful jewellry.
But last time it was stuck in customs and never got my items.
What is strange is that customs said that as nor me nor Silverfire were able to resolve the issue, the items would be returned to Silverfire.
A few years have passed by now.
Did not get the items nor I was refunded.
Since Uk left the UE I do not advise anyone to buy from Uk.
Amazing is that it goes well with China and the USA. No problems.

I love the jewellery here! I've bought so much from here now, and so has my brother! Lovely people to deal with and they always deliver in a reasonable time. My last necklace took longer because it was handmade with a 15 working day turnaround so they could make it, and I didn't mind waiting at all for such a special and unusual necklace. I'm very happy with it and it sure was worth the wait! Means even more to me knowing it was handmade and that you can't get it anywhere else. I'm now saving up for the matching bangle!

I ordered a pendant from here. It's an approximate wait of 7 to10 days. I waited 15. The wait time should be lengthened to maybe 28 days. The pendant is nice, it had smudges over it, I have cleaned it now and it looks lovely. I was going to order the necklace to go with it but I think I will order that from another site with less waiting time for post. The site has some nice bits but if you need it for a birthday, mother's day, Christmas I would order well ahead of time. My pendant was also delayed because the post wasn't picked up.

Quick reply to my query regarding the making of a bespoke pendant, quotation was swift and reasonable. Timescale once the quotation was accepted was superb, especially factoring in Christmas closure.
Deadline met and pendant arrived on time.
Craftsmanship surpassed all my expectations and the finished product was absolutely amazing.

I came across Silverfire when I was looking for someone to replicate a cheap sterling silver ring in platinum for my wedding. From the beginning all my communication with Phill was helpful, professional and highly informative, all of which inspired confidence that I could trust these guys to deliver. Even though we were working to a tight deadline and the design was somewhat complicated I received the ring in the timeframe stated and I honestly couldn't be happier with the result. It is an exact reproduction of the original, only much higher quality and even fits better. Given that I will be wearing this for the rest of my life it had to be right, and it really is perfect. I have just received a pendant, chain and bracelet which are beautiful. They are for my daughter in laws 30 birthday after Christmas. The speed from the time of order to delivery was 4 days. I thought it would have taken longer hence ordering mid November. Thank you also for the card included. I am sure she will love them.
