Do not fly Silver Airways at all costs! United airlines should be embarrassed to partner with them. My experience over several flights (10+) has been 100% of the flights have been delayed by a minimum of 5-6 hours & 35% will be cancelled - if they can’t fill the cattle car they won’t fly & just leave travelers stranded! Since there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & the website is a scam there is no where to turn when they leave you hanging and if you booked them thinking it was a United Airlines flight - you’ll hear that they are not responsible as it’s a separate airline! This is one of the areas that government should get involved in shutting down scam operations like Silver Airways!

Worst airline in the world. Zero customer service - zero communication- was supposed to leave at 8:30AM - now 2:10PM - no idea when we are leaving or if we are leaving - no one to ask - absolutely worst experience ever
Captain on vacation
Unlike other reviews we booked from the UK Orlando to key West and have had no problems - can only say silver kept us up to date with information, flight times etc. we missed our flight at Orlando due to massive security issues, but the rep at silver got as on the next flight, no charge and no problems. The flight was excellent, on time, clean aircraft so can only say we were impressed.

Why on earth is a reputable airline like United Airlines code sharing with this garbage of an airline? Clearly the CEO doesnt care and quite frankly should be criminally held accountable. The safety concerns, the rudeness of the staff, the excessively long delays (5 hours or more) and canceled flights at the passengers expense for alternate accommodations. The list goes on and on. In addition, this airline will soon be removed from MCO airport for failure to pay airport fees by airport officials and this is a fact! The FAA seriously needs to have the airline shut down permanently, the executives heavily fined, and all airlines code sharing with this irresponsible airline fined as well for letting this atrocity linger on for so long.

After reading the horrendous reviews and huge safety concerns with this airline, I decided to book with a reputable airline. I called Silver to cancel my flight. Was told it would be refunded. Still no refund. Had to open a dispute with my credit card company.

I want the world to know not to ever use your airline! ohhhhhhh where do I begin. First, on our way to Charleston we were asked to move bc of the weight. No worries. Until they literally stuck us in the back corner that had no reclining seats and no air. Everyone around us was fanning themselves like mad. We were fanning hot poop air in our face bc we were right in the bathroom. The flight attendants basically had themselves a little party, chatting loudly while resting her rear end on my friend. Now, for the return flight. We we're boarded and on the runway for about 30 minutes before they brought us back and told us to get off, our plane was overheatEd. Geeeee I feel safe. They asked if we wanted our carry on off the plane. I said yes. 30 minutes later I'm told it's in baggage claim. I had to go alllll the way back out of the airport to baggage claim, get my bag, go back through security and now missed the flight. NO ONE WOULD HELP US!!!! No human at a desk. I spent 6 hours total on the phone and NEVER got through. No rental cars available. I've had to pay for a hotel and I have someone driving from florida to South Carolina to get me. To this moment, flight was at 11am it's now 9pm and I have not spoke to anyone with silver. No sorry, no food voucher, no hotel. Basically just a go "f" yourself. Please people, be smart and do not travel on silver

They cancelled my flight the day before the flight and will never answer the phone so I can get it refunded.
Worst customer service
No communication from the airline our flight was delayed. A text or phone call would have been nice so we could have arrived at the airport later. The check in agent was beyond rude and as un helpful as possible. Told me I had to remove my laptop per TSA. I told her TSA allows laptops in checked bags and to please double check. She demanded I take it out and carry it on. She then takes my bag and slams it into the conveyor belt. Avoid this airline if at all possible
Silver Airways is a poor excuse for an airline
Honesty is the best policy... They don't answer the phone. 45 minutes each call on hold and never answered the line. Not good customer service, in my opinion. Cancelled our flight with no alternatives. As a matter of fact they cancelled two days worth of flights coming and going. This was my first time and my last time with Silver Airways; I will be sure to tell everyone I know what an unprofessional company they are. How might they improve? ANSWER THE PHONE for one; don't leave people stranded without options for another.
Lost Bags, Lost Customer forever
If there was a zero that is how this Company rates, bags lost Jan 16, 2022..... followed the Company's process for a claim, communications non-existent for 6 months, called a ticket counter and was connected with Customer Service within 2 days, asked to follow another process, end story 10 months zero resolution, out $600 for items required to be purchases, this company has shown no signs of resolution or caring.
Do not fly this airline
There's no guarantee that the plane will show. There's constant delays with this airline as well as weight problems with regard to how many suitcases can fit on this flight. I had a 2 p.m. flight and it was delayed until 10 p.m. in which it never showed and was told to find a hotel on my own or sleep in the chairs outside the airport near the parking lot and hope that there would be flight leaving within the next 3 weeks. I spent over $1,000 booking a flight with another airline. When I asked for my suitcase, they pointed to the tarmac in which it was sitting with another suitcase and the guy ran out to get it and told me to have a good day. I wouldn't put my enemy on the airline.

flight 95 from New Orleans to Jacksonville Florida. Great flight. Had a few minutes delay but over all it was a great flight. flight 96 back from Jacksonville to New Orleans. Awesome.. I was even able to take picture with one of the pilot.

I would give Silver a 0 star rating, but that's not an option so 1 is all I can give them. I booked a round trip flight on this airline only to receive an email that one portion of the flight had changed. The details were sketchy at best, but was able to determine that the return flight time had changed. A day later I got another sketchy email confirming the time change and a side note that a portion of the entire trip may have been cancelled. I tried calling the airlines to try and make some sense out of it and it took 2 days to get in touch with them, when i did get in touch with them they explained the outbound flight had been cancelled, but the return flight was still good. I asked if the portion of the flight they cancelled would be refunded, which they replied yes. I rented a car for the first leg of my trip only to find out on the day I was supposed to use my return flight Silver had refunded the entire trip even though I had told them I still needed the return portion of the trip. They never sent me any kind of notice to let me know they cancelled my entire trip thus I had no idea I had no return flight until the day of when I tried to check in. Long story short when I called them to explain and try to work out a solution, they said there was nothing they could do I would have to purchase another ticket at a much higher price since it was the day of the flight and then promptly hung up on me during mid sentence.

I am very disappointed with the customer service of Silver Airways. Firstly they allowed me to book a flight after hurricane Dorian when the airport was not open and they had no way of knowing whether the flight was possible, and give no indication that there was a problem with the service. They took full payment at this point.
A couple of weeks later they contacted me to say the flight was cancelled and I had to call a particular number. Several very long waits later I finally spoke to someone who refused a refund and only offered a 1 year credit, which was of little use to me I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would call me back, but they never did. I contacted the Guest Relations email, who simply told me to phone the original number, despite my complaint being about this service. I eventually got through again and accepted the credit, very reluctantly. There then followed numerous emails explaining how to access my credit, links which were supposed to give me access did not work. I still cannot find out how much I have been credited. It seems this part of their website is copywrite 2014, so a bit behind the times.
Overall, a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience so far and in marked contrast to American Airways who changed a different flight and offered a full refund or change straight away and I got through to them in 2 minutes.
