Plugs for Hangboard
I needed to get some plugs to hang a beastmaker 1000 (a hangboard for climbing training) I was not sure what to get, and Jørgen went above and beyond to help us. He was knowledgeable and kind, he explained the technicalities of different products and gave me his recommendation (after hearing my needs and asking me about my preferences). Remarkable service. This was in Silvan Nørrebro.

Literally the worst customer service…
Literally the worst customer service experience ever. No one helps! I was in there wandering around looking for help for 20 minutes. Not one employee approached me to offer assistance. Terrible experience!! The only bright spot was Julius who helped me after 20 minutes

jigsaw rental
I rented a jigsaw, it was in a very good condition, it did the job. The staff was super helpful, they informed me about the rules of the rental. Everything was smooth as I expected or even better.

As promised. Maybe actually put some signs up tho
My click/collect order was ready when promised, but finding the click and collect counter was an adventure. No signs up anywhere, that I could see. Asked in store and got some directions ("outside and around the corner"), but literally no indication until you got there, and even then I might just have walked away because someone else was standing in front of the one very small sign. Why not make it easier, for the people who want to give you money?
