Poor Communications throughout and not value for money is any way. Had to constantly chase and literally everything is paper based in the 21st century! Estate agent recommended and even they said they'd made a mistake.

Truly awful company. Dragged a purchase out so long that it fell through. Lied about progress, dug there heals in and delayed certain elements further when pressed. Failed to answer the phone on a single occasion.i refused to pay the bill for such a poor service and was passed to the complaints director who didn’t reply to a single point i raised. Wouldn’t ever deal with them again. Derby yellow team you know who you are.
