Some time ago I bought siku toy truck for my son. Unfortunately, after a little over one, the toy went to a piece where the coupling of the trailer to the truck broke off. this is already the second time that a trailer breaks down in the same way. In my opinion due to a flawed design. where this part used to be cast, it is now riveted.

I bought the toy because I also had Siku toys myself and wanted to offer the same great toys for my son. Siku does not have the smaller toys on the market, on the contrary, but has always had a very high quality

After several responses to getting some feedback from Siku, through their forms on their website and sending emails, I finally got a response. siku does not reimburse jet as there is only a warranty on the product, but that this is also normal for this type of product that it was broken due to use after this period. welcome to the throw away culture. for the money and the quality you can buy better chinese toys for a few euros.

Some time ago I bought a toy for my son from Siku's line of agricultural machinery, a combine harvester. Unfortunately the toy did not last 1 day until the cutting table came loose during play, constantly having to be reattached to the combine. In my opinion because of inadequate design of the small plastic parts.

I bought the toy entirely because I had Siku toys as a child myself and wanted to offer the same great toys for my son. Siku do not have the cheapest toys on the market, quite the opposite but have always had very high end quality so the expectations are high.

After several tries to get some feedback from Siku, through their forms on their website and sending e-mails I turn to Trustpilot and hope to get a respons.
