Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Signix. They booked an appointment without prior notice and failed to show up. A second appointment was arranged, which they also missed. I cancelled and clearly expressed my frustration, and I was reassured that the next appointment would definitely happen today.

Once again, no one turned up. When I called, I was told Flagship would have informed me the appointment was cancelled but I received no communication at all.

This is the worst service I’ve experienced from a company. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and complete disregard for customers’ time.

Reliable Platform

Aside from one step which was not intuitive, this is a the best and most reliable RON platform. I wish we could view the document together as it was being signed, but since I prepare the document prior to the session, that is not a show stopper.

Poor communication and unprofessionalism

Poor communication between colleagues on the SigniX end. I was scheduled for a virtual training webinar at 11am, the host no-showed. Total waste of my time and money. I took time out of my other job for attending this webinar. After the fact, customer service said they didn’t know what the issue was, the host blamed another colleague, and I have to wait even longer to start seeing clients. Overall, very disappointing and unprofessional. I wish I had not paid for this service.

I really didn’t like that they request your Social Security Number for verification; with all of the data breaches ocurríng, there’s got to be a better way than sharing your SSN…
