Just makes my job as well as the easement of others to get signatures!!

System was very user friendly. My coach was very knowledgeable and efficient.

The discovery and implementation processes were simple and clear. The product is as advertised, simple to manage and use.

The tutorials for SIGNiX were great and have learned a lot from them, not I just need to apply it.

Whether you be a visual or an auditory learner, Signix seems to be pretty easy to grasp in terms of training. I'm looking forward to utilizing the software!

Very disappointing experience with Signix. They booked an appointment without prior notice and failed to show up. A second appointment was arranged, which they also missed. I cancelled and clearly expressed my frustration, and I was reassured that the next appointment would definitely happen today.

Once again, no one turned up. When I called, I was told Flagship would have informed me the appointment was cancelled but I received no communication at all.

This is the worst service I’ve experienced from a company. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and complete disregard for customers’ time.

I have told numerous people you have my name wrong in your system. Your attention to detail is lacking. Thanks.

I have not begun working so being charged before starting any notary work is difficult.

Aside from one step which was not intuitive, this is a the best and most reliable RON platform. I wish we could view the document together as it was being signed, but since I prepare the document prior to the session, that is not a show stopper.

Training was great. I have not had a live RON yet, but I look forward to that opportunity.

Poor communication between colleagues on the SigniX end. I was scheduled for a virtual training webinar at 11am, the host no-showed. Total waste of my time and money. I took time out of my other job for attending this webinar. After the fact, customer service said they didn’t know what the issue was, the host blamed another colleague, and I have to wait even longer to start seeing clients. Overall, very disappointing and unprofessional. I wish I had not paid for this service.
