100% perfect transaction. Product was new, sealed in box. It arrived from the other side of the world in 2 days. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great shop. I was just buying patch cables this time, but bought an effects unit previously. They have a carefully selected catalogue, much of it brands that you wouldn't find at a lot of other music shops. Their Support was very helpful last time, too.

Great item and prompt delivery but unfortunately item developed a fault one day into owning.

Emailed Signal, received a quick response and replacement item got mailed out the next day with return postage scheduled on the faulty unit.

Excellent service. Will continue to use for our hardware needs where we can.
