Lost Clients Due to Glitches

Seirra Used it be a fantasic CRM and website builder that I used for years. In the last 7 months however they have tanked. Customer service is non-existent. Clunky service model and the automated emails look like crap. Yesterday the system started randomly sending out a poorly formatted mass email to my clients that i had never seen before nore was programed in any of my drop campaigns. I am switching CRMs this month as a result. 5 years ago they were the GOAT, but now, for the price, there are so many better and cheaper options.
