My hard earned coins was deducted, over 70% of coins without any known reason.
They stoped online kyc and now is physical KYC of which only 2 centers are in full country as Nigeria🇳🇬 . This project is a joke.
Since 2022 I submitted KYC but haven't been approved. Even right now you can't even mine again because their liveness check isn't working for weeks and nothing is done about it.
I am extremely disappointed with Sidrachain. It has been several weeks now, and my KYC verification issue is still not resolved. I have contacted support multiple times but received no meaningful response or solution.
This is very frustrating and unprofessional. Users deserve transparency and timely support, especially when it comes to account access and verification.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to warn others against using this platform. Please take this seriously and fix my problem immediately.

I am a victim of a security breach on Sidra Chain. My funds were stolen and transferred to a Nigerian wallet in 21 November 2025 . Despite mining does not happen except after face ID and I sent many support tickets and contacting the core team via email and X (Twitter), I have received zero response.
Recently I could not log in my sidra app as OTP code is not sent to my Email Yahoo they have issues with Yahoo Mail , yet they refuse to address the stolen assets. This is a massive security failure and lack of professional accountability where many people are complaining on twitter of theft of wallets and reduction of balance
