A good company to deal with. Their doors and windows are very good quality. The tradesmen who put in my windows and doors were efficient and friendly and really did clean up after themselves.

Came on time as promised finished the job same day.Kept me informed about what was happening.
A couple of glitches air vents not on patio doors.Mixup with painting sills

I was lucky enough to have 2 windows replaced by sidey recently. Very pleased with the workmen who were very polite and super tidy. I had absolutely nothing to do afterwards. These guy had there own bin!! Best workmen ever.

Had a conservatory built in March 2016 and it has leaked in several places since it was built,I've had them out multiple times and it's fine for a while then start leaking again,I only bought a conservatory from Sidey because one of their directors was my neighbour his name is Richard Hendry, the windows and doors fitted by Sidey have been fine with only some needing adjusted,I have been labelled a nuisance because I've complained about all the leaking, don't go near Sidey.

My housing association had sidey changed all my windows a year ago and still having problems now! Not one window is straight! Everything rolls off the sills. Such a hacked job, they ruined my new washer I got told they would have to take it for weeks before getting it replaced or to take £50 there and then! Nails are sticking out, leaks, silicon stains all over my walls, none of the windows open without catching. Even got told to f*** off by one workman cause I said they had got silicone everywhere but on the actual window sill and I wanted it cleaned and done properly. They even broke my garden fence by leaning all the lanes against it! Can feel draughts in each room by the windows, was told dinny be stupid by the head guy to then be told oh yeah I can feel it too. Worst worst experience ever! Glad I wasn’t financially responsible for this job because I’d be asking for it all back plus extra! Avoid at any costs! Thankfully getting a great company to sort out Sideys work

Sadly we made the mistake of using Sidey, but never again! How things have changed in the last 8 years!
After much deliberation we ordered a new back and front door in composite, thinking these would be of same quality as previous conservatory and patio doors.
And at almost £2000 each we thought with the 10 year insurance backed warranty these would be beautiful, quality doors.
However 10 months since they were first fitted it is just problem after problem.
We've had one replacement front door because of damage caused by an engineer removing unacceptable panes of glass that the original door was installed with.
Sadly the glass panels in the second door were no better, so after 8 panes of glass and umpteen new pieces of hardware to replace faulty products, and a plastic surgeon having to touch up the doors and surrounds after said door and glass being replaced, we now have a bulging area appearing in the door between where the panes were removed and replaced last time.
We're at our wits end with this experience and wouldnt want anyone else to go through this.
Its all very good and well having a fabulous 10 year warranty, but you expect a product installed that you could be pleased with, and proud of.
Instead of doors and surrounds that are like a patchwork quilt.
The engineers don't bother as they are just given the jobs to do, and move onto the next.
We asked an engineer what would happen if we asked him not to fit one lot of faulty glass, but we were told he would be asked why he had not completed the job!
Unfortunately, or more surprisingly, we have discovered that a company like Sidey do not have a complaints department! Not even a customer service department! Therefore we are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
If it had been a car we'd bought, or a smaller item, we'd have been straight back to where we'd bought it and demanded a refund.
Sadly being a fixture this is not possible and we're at the mercy of Sidey.
If we could rate them any less than one star we would.
Never again.....

Avoid at all costs

Yet again Paul kirkwood from Sidey lies couldn't lay straight in bed if he tried over week I have given sidey to reply with no reply from them am I surprised nope repairs still not done from October last year
Flooring damaged that they have not replaced or offered to pay for photographic proof magically disappears lucky I have a copy of proof.

Would highly recommend that nobody uses this company as they are bunch of cowboys

Hit and Run Scum

Had our parked van hit at speed by this clown show, Sidey van driver sped off leaving my wing mirror in pieces all over Crieff high street.

Fantastic company,workmen good and friendly guys,job completed ahead of time,clean up after all work,inspector checking work constantly and aftercare great,honestly can't fault workmen start to finish,inspectors or the quality of work,highly recommend.

They don't show up. My mum was due to have full house fitted today. Appointment booked by Sidey after being pushed back a couple of times (which was fine as advance notice given). Mum took down blinds yesterday and moved furniture only for them not to turn up at 8am. Called office and after over an hour was told they all have COVID. No communication from them my mum had to do all the chasing. Really poor. She didn't take a shift today to accommodate Sidey so has missed earnings now.

Moved into a new build that used Sidey for external doors and windows. 6 months on and multiple visits from their workmen and we are still experiencing the same issues: draughty doors and windows, poorly installed and scratched.
The workmen they sent have no clue what they are doing. The bifold in our bedroom has been draughty since we moved in and has been attempted to be fixed at least 4 times now with no improvements. The wind is literally howling through the holes in the seals. Every window had at least one faulty installed trickle vent, a hinge needed replaced, front and back door had issues.
It is a very tiring process to try and get this company to rectify any of the issues arising from their faulty installation. I don’t think we will ever have a draught free house.

Great job, new front door fitted yesterday by Dean and Matthew. Very tidy work, cleaned up after themselves. The door looks fantastic, just a minor issue with some ceiling plaster.
Cannnot fault the quality, I would definitely recommend.

Complete unprofessional sub standard workmanship and incompetent contracted painter also avoid or prepare for your home to be ruined and safety at risk also no admission of faults or apologies whatsoever
