Sicily Airports Transfer & Tour Reviews 

I have been to over 60 countries in my time of lifetime of travel. After much research I have believed I found a company that would be inexpensive and helpful during my time in Sicily. They advertised one price online and when I inquired about the amount of time the trip would take, they answered that question and then informed me that I would need to pay the driver an additional €31. I told them this is rather deceptive as their site has confirmed otherwise and they would not have known the difference if I didn't inquire about the length of travel time.

Following this incident I decided to book a rental car which saved me €600. After I canceled with them. They inquired about which other transfer did I find cheaper then proceeded to be rude and reply telling me never to contact them again as I've wasted their time, then blocked me.

As a customer, service is always number one. When going on vacation, an individual would prefer ease of processes and communication. This was a very disappointing experience and I would hope it does not damper the beginning of my trip.

I would never recommend this service to anyone. I hope this review helps with future customer service interactions.

I had the misfortune of booking this company private transfer from the Palermo airport to Cefalu - the driver was over an hour late , no reason given ( oh traffic !) hard to get a response on when they were coming . I ended up not getting into my air bnb as the owner had left because I was late - the company had no excuse and no apology - SAVE yourself money and grief and take a taxi for $ 130 euros instead of this unreliable company for $150 .
Fascinating - I was part of the booking with Arturo calvo- of course you don't remember me - your driver didn't acknowledge me or offer to take my suitcase - they took my friends luggage who is 30 years younger ! Such a disrespectful experience - again do yourself a favour and take a taxi !!!!!

Absolutely , please have your legal office contact us so we can review your terms and conditions which clearly state: If after 1 hour of waiting the driver is not still present and the transporter has been contacted, you will be refunded and able to book another vehicle.

I wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1 because this company does not care about anything other than your money.

We were told our driver would be late to pick us up from the airport, but no exact time. After making several emails and WhatsApp messages we are told he was on his way and delayed by highway traffic (which seemed odd for a Sunday).

The driver didn’t get to us until an hour and 15 minutes after we were scheduled to be picked it up. It defeated the whole purpose of paying for such an expensive transfer — the convenience and efficiency.

The company offered limited assistance in figuring out how long we would have to wait. In fact, they made us start calling the driver (their employee) to figure out his whereabouts. There was zero sense of urgency on their part and complete ignorance at the blatant disregard for the customer experience. Not even an apology was offered.

Don’t book with these people.

Response to company’s reply: the company did not update me “step by step” as they claim. They told me about a potential delay almost 4 hours before my flight arrived, with no estimate on how long it would be delayed. I was the one that emailed and sent messages on WhatsApp for updates. They never took this initiative.

Not once was it mentioned there was an accident on the road. They also never told me when I could expect my driver. They simply said he was delayed because of traffic. They also ended up making me talk directly with the driver about his whereabouts even though he is your employee.

The driver showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes later than scheduled. We could have almost been in Cefalu in that time. No one was apologetic or did anything for us to acknowledge the massive delay.

This company is utterly unreliable.
I booked a taxi to go from Palermo (bus stop) to the airport, in due time (the day before) and received a confirmation by e-mail. On day d, I send a message (at a 2-hour notice) to announce a short delay (10 min) for our arrival at the meeting point due to an accident on the road, confirmed again the booking and asked them to call me on the phone in case they should have any question.
As a result, they dumped me and my two children : nobody was there at the meeting point, they pretended they had called but I had no unaswered call on my cellphone, and this is it.
I couldn t believe it, but here I am, almost missing my plane after an extra complicated trip involving walking, hitchhiking and traveling by train.

Used this company for airport transfers from PMO to Grand Palladium and back.
On time/early both sides, very professional drivers in suits, nice clean Mercedes vans both ways.
Can highly recommend for this service!
