Bad experience…

We had a delay and 40 hours before our flight and no way to communicate information about it, so no one waited and we had take a taxi.

On the way back a tiny car untidy car was provided with a tiny motor fit for a sewing machine that barely made it to the airport

Instructions for pick up were good

Instructions for pick up were good, arrived when you said you would and a good trip into the city and to our hotel. Same on the return to the airport rang to say would be a little earlier than arranged which was okay and a smooth trip back to the airport.

Easy transfer

Easy pick ups and drop offs right at the hotel.
Smaller return shuttle bus on rerun journey and back seats are a little to cramped an uncomfortable and I am not a larger person.

We got picked up with our bike from…

We got picked up with our bike from the airport every thing was very smooth. On our return to the airport we were given a time two hours before the flight. When they hadn't arrived ten minutes late we rang them and assured they would be with us with in ten minutes. 30 minutes later still not there and ignoring my calls. They did arrive and we made our flight but not what you need

Verry good

Verry good, friendly and warm service.

The only thing we didnt like was the fact that at the day off departure de had to call them to know what time the pick up was.

My shuttle didn’t come in the end

My shuttle didn’t come in the end, they didn’t contact me beforehand to let me know they were still coming so I had to get a taxi to airport in the end. Wasted my money and my time
