Hello, so sorry to hear you are having issues logging in to your course. When we investigated the issue, we found that your wife's email address is associated with the course (so not your email address). You'll be pleased to know the course plays as it should when we logged in with her details. We have emailed you screenshots and a link to the troubleshooting page. We recommend viewing the courses on Chrome as other browsers often block access (this is to do with providers and completely out of our hands, unfortunately). Really informative, interesting and fun to work through, especially with a partner. The course is broken up well with fun homework activities to consolidate the areas covered, practice and flesh things out further with your partner. Not able to view the course on iphone UI/UX is not user friendly. There is a big pop up we can’t get rid of and access to the videos is quite complicated
