Absolutely amazing experience! I’m beyond pleased with the services I received. Ashia and the manager Asma were incredible—so warm, professional, and attentive, they really made me feel comfortable and well looked after from start to finish.

Ashia did all of my treatments and she is such a nice, honest person. She made me feel at ease the whole time and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated.

I had multiple treatments including PRP, microneedling with exosomes, and full body laser, and I am so happy with the results. Everything was done with such care and precision, and the quality of service was outstanding.

Not a good tattoo removal experience. Paid a lot of money to have a block of 6 laser sessions, after I was advised it would take 5 or 6 sessions.
Finally had my 10th and final session and the writing is still on my arm. It is faded a lot, but you can still make out it is writing and there is still ink in the writing. No fancy stubborn colours just black ink. After watching before and after other tattoo removal companies of only 1 or 2 sessions being a lot more prominent I can only imagine the lasers used here are just not as powerful.
I never needed the numbing cream are others use and never had any blistering like most people have.

I just started my treatment with Shumaila Clinic. I would say the staff are very friendly specially staff Telma and she guide me correctly which treatment i should go for.

I’m the customer for a very long time started the laser hair. Removal was very scared and petrified with the overall Google search how the pigmentation treatments come out extremely reluctant. It took me about a year but highly grateful to Upminster team specially Nazia and Rabia who has been so reassuring and been with me step-by-step I followed the routine I took their advice and just went for it today. I didn’t realise that was the bestest thing I did. My face looks different. My husband started commenting on my skin which is very unusual, but I am extremely pleased anyone looking for pigmentation treatment. Shumaila is the right place for you especially if you have coloured skin issues definitely it was worth it, thank you team. ❤️❤️

I would like to share my experience with Shumailas .
As a new shop has opened in Kenton I was excited to see what treatments they offered, so on the 8th of November 2025 I walked in and was greeted pleasantly by a member of staff who introduced me to a consultant called Anika. I had walked in to see if you could help me with my skin condition called Rosacea. Anika looked at my face and assured me that this condition is treatable with laser blue and red lights and she showed me on her phone various clients who had same problem and were successfully treated . She also showed me her personal pictures and said she had the same problem and with the light therapy it has completely cleared. Based upon these assurances I signed up to course of 8 treatments.
On my first visit a consultant was assigned to attend and give me the light therapy for 15 minutes however after 15 minutes she forgot to come back and left me unattended for more than 30 minutes in the dark room . The door was shut and it caused me a great deal of distress and panic. I was shouting to get someone to attend to me and finally Anika herself heard me and was very apologetic and offered to add an extra session on my course of 8 sessions. I had another 3 session with the same consultant who was pleasant, but immature and irresponsible . On my fourth visit I was told that this consultant was no longer working there . The consultant who took over was very lovely and carried on the treatment with great deal of responsibility.
On the 23rd of February I had my last treatment and I discussed with the consultants that although I have completed the entire course of treatment it has not cleared my Rosacea it is still as it was . At this point I was told that my condition is not treatable with the light therapy and that I should see my GP and all they were doing was managing my condition and should I consider to continue further sessions they will be happy to do so.
I was very disappointed and felt they should have been honest with me at the beginning of the treatment and should have been open about the scope of the treatment and not build my hope that it was treatable with the light therapy based upon which I would have made a decision whether I wanted to take the course or not. I have felt cheated as my Rosacea is still very much prevalent
Finally based upon my experience I would like to make others aware that before any treatment kindly discuss the scope of the treatment.
