Everyone there is extremely lovely, and I had a lovely experience. I’m particularly, Sweetie made my experience enjoyable as she looked after me and my sister during our lazer appointment. I would highly recommend this experience.

I decided to have a combination of Ami Eyes and Morpheus8 around my eye area because I wasn’t feeling confident about my puffy eyes and dark circles.

The difference from combining both treatments has been amazing—far better than when I previously had Ami Eyes on its own. Ami Eyes alone made a noticeable improvement to my dark circles, but together with Morpheus8 the results have been even better. I completed four sessions of each treatment, and I would definitely recommend this combination to anyone considering it.

I’d also like to say that Shumaila’s provides a very professional service. My consultant, Indu, was absolutely amazing—she was so caring, gentle, and reassuring throughout every session, taking the time to explain each step of the process and making me feel completely at ease. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I visited the Shumaila's Upminster branch yesterday to get a skin tag removed that was already in quite a bad condition. I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by the founder, Shumaila Iftikhar herself! I am someone who is always completely terrified of needles and medical procedures, but Shumaila was an absolute amazing person. She is incredibly friendly and kept talking to me and making me laugh throughout the entire process. Even though the procedure was a bit painful for me because of my nervousness, her wonderful distraction technique and lovely personality made it so much easier to get through. I am so grateful for her care and highly recommend this clinic! Definitely will be back there!Good luck, to all your clinics!

OMG Harpreet just made my eyes pop. The whole experience was comfortable from the start. I was really nervous but she talked me through the process and talked to me the whole time I was having the treatment which was really reassuring. All in all an amazing experience I will be going back for more

So disappointed that even when emailing you about the the waxing experience and the pain and marks left on my daughter no one has responded

I recently visited this salon for a facial, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit.

I believe the receptionist's name was Iman, and she was especially sweet and friendly. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and provided excellent customer service.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality treatments and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to returning!
