Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking , turned up to have belt and waterpump changed , ended up with a smokey exhaust , and horrible engine noise then I turn up to collect car as they said they didn't think would be practical doing the work turned the car on and noises was horrendous sounded like something was being rotated under the bonnet and smashing the inside of the bonnet, I went in to complain saying my car never had this noise or issues untill now and they sent me on my way to get another opinion , made it round the corner and boom engine failed! Had to get recovered home i phoned them to ask for help ro get put the main road and no help also , Yet drove 20mins to get there no issues at all noises or smoke, was promised cctv footage a week ago to no surprise hasn't arrived and still nothing, shocking service avoid at all costs if you like your car!! I oil change a few days prior who came to my house to inspect the car over and said he thinks its been ragged or revved way to highly for whatever reason! Question you need to ask is if they wouldn't work on it due to smoke and noise why drive it in the garage? And back out again !!
