SHRED is an AI-personalized fitness and strength-training app for iOS, Android, and Apple Watch, developed by Shred Labs, LLC. Also known as the Shred app or Shred: Gym & Home Workouts, it combines training plans hand-built by expert coaches with adaptive AI that tunes each session to your goals, equipment, schedule, and recovery. Workouts rebuild automatically around the gear you have, whether that is a full gym, a home setup, a hotel, or bodyweight only, so progression stays intact wherever you train. Alongside structured strength programs, SHRED includes studio-style classes spanning HIIT, cardio, yoga, and mobility, plus progress tracking for weights, reps, and personal bests, and social features such as friends, cheering, leaderboards, and challenges. CoachAI adds conversational guidance for planning and in-workout adjustments. The app integrates with Apple Health and Apple Watch. SHRED has been recognized by Fortune as Best Workout App for Muscle Gain, named the best overall workout app by Garage Gym Reviews, and featured by Apple, PCMag, Good Housekeeping, Rolling Stone, GQ, Men's Health, Women's Health, and Business Insider. It holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating on the Apple App Store and 4.6 out of 5 on Google Play. A free tier is available, with monthly and annual premium subscriptions and a 7-day free trial. Discounted plans are offered to military members, first responders, healthcare professionals, teachers, and students.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I’ve use multiple different training…

I’ve use multiple different training apps, and I have to say that this is by far away the best one. It allows you to tailor your workouts based upon what your ultimate goal is whether that be shredding up bulking up or just being healthy. I would recommend this platform to anybody that would ask me and I’ve been a gym rat for 20+ years.
