Sent the plate, however had a scratch on it, and border wasnt filled properly.

Emailed them and they told me to return the plate, after chasing again i told them I wouldnt be paying so they told me would send a prepaid envelope which will take 4 days!. They god knows how long they will take to delivery plate again. I told them I assigned the plate so now need something on car, or I cant drive car which didnt bother them

Really annoying!

I used showplates direct of 3 ordered direct who posted same day and dealt with any problems straight away (once they got the slogan incorrect and immediately refunded me the plates value and told me I could buy from them if they wanted or go elsewhere,he apologised alot and said it was a printing error) If i knew wouldve just ordered from them

Save yourself the trouble order from them (same price, same day posted and good service)

If the Showplate Factory is supplying number plates without asking customers for documentation to confirm their identity ie driving licence and entitlement to the registration number ie V5C this is an offence and the company is trading illegally. If the company is supplying number plates and not requesting documents there is nothing to stop a criminal purchasing your vehicle's registration number. Your vehicle could then be cloned, and be involved in criminality. To stop this happening to you avoid this company. Showplates that do not conform to regulations ie mis-spaced, to look like a name of an individual, have a slogan or badge other than those quoted in legislation are illegal to both supply and display on a vehicle, even if the intention is to use them at car shows or for off road purposes.

Waiting for over 4 weeks for my plate. No reply to my email. No way to contact on web site other than by email.

Showing trust pilot 5 stars other site, but this rating is not true!

Judging by other feedback should be avoided!

Pretty appalling customer service. Paid for 'guaranteed next working day' delivery on 10 April. They arrived on 26 April - more than two weeks later! Only dispatched on 25 April after they received an email from me requesting a full refund as they were not responding to my emails.

Emailed numerous times but ignored. Quick enough to take my money but still not received the pates. I am gutted that I used this company. If I had read the reviews I would not have used them! I can't even use my car!

I ordered my plates on the 14/03/2016 and I've still not had them delivered I've emailed them 5 times but the only reply i had was today 30/03/16 and it said

Sorry for the long delay in replying to your email, I have contacted manufacturing as you should have received this by now.

As i'm sure you'll all agree this doesn't help me in anyway, i have a brand new car that i'm unable to drive due to not having the correct plates.

If I've not had a reply by the end of today i will be going to my bank and reporting this company to trading standards

Also this company does not have a contact number which is worrying in itself.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT SEND OUT PLATES WHEN THEY SAY THEY CAN,I WAS WAITING FOR MY PLATES TO TURN UP SO I COULD USE MY VEHICLE NOW I HAVE GONE OUT AND PAY SOME ONE ELSE.

Been waiting 4 days so far ,ordered as needed them quick,fat chance,no response to emails am going to have to go elsewhere,very poor service.

I can't get this company to respond to my emails and still waiting for the plates a week later with no sign of them arriving
I would give them zero stars if it was possible

Ordered my plates 5 days ago. No delivery yet. So much for next day delivery. Have emailed 3 times and had no reply. Will not use these people again.
I eventually got my plates after 5 days. They're OK.
Company could benefit from customer relation training.

After receiving my plates and emailing a query about my order the service I have received has been the worst I've ever experienced! They replied to my first email asking for my order number which they had never sent me. I replied with all the confirmation I was sent when ordering (something from PayPal) and haven't heard since! It's been over a week and I have sent two polite emails asking them to get back to me but I'm being ignored!

fantastic ordered the plates online they were here in less than 2 days
really good and very happy with them Ian.

Really impressed with the plates, one was for a cbf600 and the other for a cbr1000rr and both were perfect. Looked exactly as they did on the site and were delivered promptly. Highly recommend these guys.

I ordered my pates 8 days ago and still have to receive them .

When contacting show plate factory by email all you get it a message saying order has been dispatched . There is no dialogue whatsoever


Can't contact by phone just a recorded announcement . Never dealt with such poor service .

My last email was returned as spam . I think that sums up what you can expect from these guys !

Don't both buying from here. I had to buy another entire set from elsewhere.
