I recently returned the product and it has been over two weeks and have still not received the refund. In my opinion something is very wrong here as after I got the email with a photo of them holding the returned parcel. They have stopped replying to all emails and social media contact. They promised to reply if i had not received my money after two weeks, but yet again, they are not replying. If they sort this out within the next few days I will take down this review however I reckon this will be unlikely as they have made no effort to contact me or find out what has happened to my money. For anyone else who is buying from this company beware that if you return your product, you will not get your money back as they are a scam.
