No communication at all from start to end. Not even on website where after login status says, you have placed no order with us. Only way we could hold on to someone was through chat where they keep looking for excuses and giving contradictory statements. Absolutely useless and pathetic service.

Go away! I bought a lehenga that was not delivered on time despite all the guarantees they had provided. I was stuck before my friend's wedding, had to run and buy one urgently in a shop! Then I asked for refund as I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT (138 euros) and they never reply! E-mails, WhatsApp, PayPal complain, no answer! They don't want to give me my money back, I will have to sue them !It' been 4 MONTHS! That's unacceptable!

They are scammers. I placed an order after they confirmed item would arrive by 4th October. It did not. They were reluctant to cancel order but eventually agreed and said I would be refunded. It is now 4th December and still no refund. The first few weeks they would reply to messages on WhatsApp saying “you will be refunded shortly”, “your refund will be with you today sir” but last few weeks they have stopped replying. Absolutely disgusting. They are thieves who, after reading other comments on different platforms, seem to run their “business” on other people’s hard earned money. DISGUSTING!!

This is a fake service. I bought an item online shopkund.com. Seller kept saying the product is on the way. After 5weeks, responded stating the product is sold out and I should choose another item with higher value. I refused to pay more money and requested for refund. Seller kept stating the refund is under process. Till today no refund has been issued. PayPal was official payment method.

Ordered a plus size lehenga choli at less than 2 weeks notice and am very pleased with the result - the skirt is a little long but the blouse fits perfectly and I can wear the skirt high waisted so not an issue in terms of fit. The price of the custom stitching service was an absolute steal so I would definitely recommend this option as it gave me so much peace of mind! My package left India on Saturday and arrived with me in the UK on Monday; absolutely fantastic service and I am very excited to wear the outfit! The representatives responded swiftly via WhatsApp when I contacted them to express my concerns which was also a huge reassurance. Thank you!

I would not recommend them the quality of the outfits is cheap and tacky - SO DISAPPOINTED want to return them even now. Have not worn them.

Ordered my outfit for a special occasion with plenty of notice. A week before it still hasn’t arrived, so I asked for an update and I was told it would be dispatched within a couple of days.
On the day of the event, it had still not arrived, and so I cancelled the order.
Two weeks later, I still had not received my refund, so I contacted again asking for an update, and was told the refund had been processed and would be with me shortly.
The following day, I received an email saying my order and been completed and dispatched. I contacted again to ask what was happening as I had cancelled the order over 2 weeks before and received no response.
I have then contacted again today to ask for an update, and once again no response. The customer service has been exceptionally poor, and the time advertised for creating / dispatching items is not accurate. I would not recommend.

Customer service just lie. They didn't ship my dress until I opened a claim with PayPal. I waited a month. Didn't arrive in the time they promise and I contacted customer services twice to confirm. They just lied and said its shipped even thought it wasnt until yesterday. The functio is tomorrow and my dress is in germany...Now they probably just send me rubish and prob won't give a refund. DONT SHOP HERE.

I was a bit wary that my lehenga wouldn’t arrive on time so i asked them via email if it would arrive for the day of my event and they assured me it would. it arrived 10am on the day of the wedding!!! i was so impressed! and the quality is BEAUTIFUL. couldn’t say more positive things about this company.

Ordered a dress for Mehndi and received dress just as pictured and made to my measurements. I am looking forward to wearing the dress soon. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use Shopkund again.

All of their good reviews are via fake accounts. Their social media pages have no engagement and they do not answer the phone or emails.
I paid £200 for an order that did not arrive. I requested a refund and I have still not received it for 1 month - they suggest "it is processing" and I "will get it soon".
Please stay away. I am currently reporting them to an Ombudsman because they are stealing and lots of other reviews are saying the same.
