S#!T company, to put it simply.
Incredibly poor quality for the prices they charge.
At the end of the day it’s just another cheap manufacturing website, acting like they provide a “quality”.
They lie about shipping & delays, instead of just being honest.
They send faulty items that reek of glue & refuse to take responsibility & they trap you by denying refunds & force you to re-use it as store credit instead!
They will NEVER see my money again!

Ordered something with express shipping. It's been a month and they haven't even had it sent out yet! They blamed the courier. Ridiculous. Ordered something from another country and the same shipping courier delivered it in three days. Something is weirdly suspicious with this company and i'd never trust them with my money again. I've heard this is very common.

I’ve ordered from this website twice and both times I’ve been pleased with my purchases. Although, the shipping with my second purchase was a bit of an issue. Initially, my order was sent to a completely different state than my actual shipping address. Once I noticed the error, I immediately emailed the customer care team of Jessica Buurman. I received an email back from a representative assuring me that the error would be corrected and my order would be shipped to the correct address via express shipping. There was a bit of a hold up with one pair of boots that I ordered but through our emails, the representative would always keep me posted. I’ve finally received my order and I’m extremely happy! I will definitely be ordering from Jessica Buurman again.

I received my first order of Jessica Buurman shoes. Unfortunately one snap was faulty. I notified customer service and they immediately inquired after what occurred. They responded quickly to every inquiry and the issue was resolved. Emma from customer service was especially persistent and helpful. They provided me a discount and a 10% gift card towards my next purchase which was unexpected. They are a trustworthy seller and I am satisfied. Thank you Jessica Buurman for your excellent customer service.

If you want counterfeit goods and sketchy dealings, this website is for you. I ordered a pair of shoes for my girlfriend, but soon thereafter realized that the site dealt in knock-offs. I emailed them back less than an hour after purchase and requested a refund - which I got, minus a 6% "international transaction fee."

On a positive note, their support e-mail is quick to respond.
