I love this store

I love this store! I've been ordering online for over a year now and decided to make a trip last weekend to their birmingham boutique. the staff were incredibly friendly and helped me find the perfect dress and jumpsuit for my rehearsal and shower.

Totally forgot to read the reviews of this site before purchasing. After a few weeks of ordering my dress I started to get worried, I checked the reviews and they were TERRIBLE! I got so upset thinking my experience would be the same but it was the total opposite! Though my dress got shipped here there and everywhere and took 6 weeks to come, (I live in New Zealand) It came and it’s beautiful, high quality and Jaus even sent a little message which was so lovely! Even USPS was brilliant, they kept me up to date of where my dress was at the date and time. Would definitely recommend buying from here and using USPS to help get more information of where your order is. The colour is a little off but as expected as you can tell in the photo of the site that it’s edited. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the long wait for it to arrive.

I never received my product. They’ll take your money and never send you your clothes.

JAUS gives Australian online retail a poor reputation. I have ordered my dress, with my “credit note” over 1-month ago and still have not received it. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE OFF THIS JANKY STORE!

Even after emailing, twice! I just don’t understand who is running it and what moral compass they have to take peoples money and not give the product in return. I’ll be looking into customer rights and doing my best to get my money back. Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour!

The most infuriating online shopping experience..

The most infuriating online shopping experience.
I have had a $350+ gift card to use at Jaus because I purchased a dress for my engagement party & NEVER received it, even after paying for express delivery (which the shipping amount was not included in the gift card for something I never even received)!

When I asked for a refund I was given the gift card & I have been trying to use it for over 2 and a half years. Almost EVERYTHING I want is out of stock & I can safely say since I have been tracking for such a long time that they hardly have new styles come in, while the SOLD OUT stock never gets replenished.

I am trying to use my voucher up so it's not wasted but it's impossible when everything in my size is sold out - I have also asked for a refund on the voucher which was ignored until the 3rd email due to the stock reasoning which was denied.

I will most definitely not be using Jaus to purchase brands that I can get elsewhere without the hassle.

"Australian Fashion" they say.... The inside tags on the dress I ordered said "MADE IN CHINA"in large letters and i looked up the style code number of the dress online and it is designed from a Los Angeles wholesale company.

I made the mistake of shopping here and they only offer store credit. Every time I've tried to use it I receive items that do not warrant the price. My most recent time I returned an item was EIGHT months ago and I've reached out multiple times without receiving any refund or store credit.

I ordered Shona JX5017 Gown - Red . The dress had a different color not the rich red that it shows in the picture, the side of the leg open above high my knee in the picture the side line cut shows right on the knee. I wish i can post a picture or a video what it actually looks like. It fits tight on the corset you cant breath and loose flappy uneven lines the stomach area. Today is Friday and the wedding is next Sunday. I payed $12 for shipping to return it $6-$12 and probably to get back another one $12 for shipping I could of bought a beautiful dress from windsorstore!!!

Really bad customer service SCAM

Really bad customer service and atrocious shipping times. I ordered a dress in May, at then end of July it shipped and then was deemed “lost” by DHL in August. I emailed them asking for a refund since my purchase was lost. They said DHL would have to approve the loss first and then they could refund me. It’s been 6 weeks since the last correspondence and I still have not received the dress, a refund, or an explanation and I spent over 100 dollars on the dress.

If I could give a zero I would. This brand is a scam as far as I know. I ordered a purple beach dress in November 2020. It is now august 2021 and I still have not received it. I have paid over $100 for this dress and have emailed them several times. They have replied once and that’s was 8 months ago and they were ZERO help. Don’t buy form this brand.

Never buy ever from Jaus

I wish I had read this reviews before buying. I buy things online all the time and I have never had an experience like this one with Jaus. I ordered a dress on the 13th of June for a 21st of the 31st of may. I waited 3 weeks before reaching out and someone by the name of jini responded 3 days later saying it should of arrived let me follow up for you. That was the 13th of July. I have emailed three times and have had no response. With no dress in sight and reading this review I am assuming it’s never coming and I won’t get my money back. So poor

I would give this zero stars. Ordered a dress for a July wedding in April. It’s June still didn’t receive the dress. They told me it was supposed to come two weeks later. It’s not here and only now finally heard from customer service that the dress wouldn’t be in until August. I asked for a refund since I clearly can’t refund the dress and they said they only do store credit you cannot get your money back on returns. Horrible customer service overall I may never see anything from them even if I use the store credit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Issues with Customer Service & Return Process

ordered a dress online that did not fit and unfortunately had a pretty awful experience getting any response or refund after returning the dress. They have a horrible return policy and they don't even follow their own return policy. In their website they indicate that they will provide you with a return credit within 10 business days but it took much longer than that. They also failed to answer multiple emails I sent them asking to expedite the return request as I needed a dress for an upcoming wedding and instead only answered when I disputed the charge with my credit card. Then, they also have limited stock inventory so it's virtually impossible to use the store credit on something else that's comparable because they are all out of most sizes for most dresses that appear online. Do not shop here. Horrible customer service and horrible return policy.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order over 1 week ago via the JAUS Australia site and have emailed several times for an update on when it will be shipped. I jumped online to check the item and noticed they only JUST NOW have listed the order as a pre order item for 2 months time. Absolutely ridiculous and I’m not even receiving responses.

The email order confirmation clearly stated that the item was available at time of placing order.

I would appreciate a response to my email and also a prompt refund

Great and very personalized customer…

Great and very personalized customer service. I've been a regular shopper with jaus for over 3 years now and have always loved their service, and especially the quality. Everyone always asks me where i get my dresses from. Highly recommend them. I am currently on their website eyeing out outfits for all my wedding events, i'm loving the new designs girls, great work!

highly recommend their quality and service

My experience with jaus has been amazing. I was a first time customer and had ordered a dress that was a little too big, I returned it for the smaller size which they had taken offline for me so no one else could purchase it, and the process was so quick.

The dress arrived in 3 days and was great quality, I would usually spend 3-4x more to get this quality at intermix. Will be my go to for dresses from now on, highly recommend their quality and service.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Unable to return item for anything other that store credit. The quality is not as it appears. The hem of the dress I order is cheaply made. The pictures and description are not accurate. In 2021 with covid it is extremely disappointing that you can not get a full refund.

Customer service

It was my first purchase through Jaus and from the brand Nookie. I normally fall between a size medium/large and can get away with either size. I ordered a medium dress for my elopement next month and it was way too tight! I right away requested a return, received my shipping label and emailed the specific email listed for a quick turn around on the store credit(My own fault for not reading the “store credit only” before my purchase, but luckily there was a good selection of white dresses to choose from). Someone got back to me in a timely manner and informed me of when they were expecting my return. When the return wasn’t received on time I impatiently emailed and shortly after received a call from Michelle who gave me extremely helpful advice on sizing and sorted my store credit for my new purchase. Will shop here again in the future because I had a good experience with customer service, I’ll just be sure to confirm my size prior to ordering.
