BEWARE this company treats customers…
BEWARE this company treats customers extremely unfairly and ignores genuine concerns with faulty products. I bought a Karma Springvale shampoo unit a few weeks ago and from the moment it was installed I have been experiencing a mountain of problems with it including leaks. When i asked for a refund due to the product being faulty, both Karma and Hairco have refused and are now ignoring my emails forcing me to take the matter to magistrates. Extremely distressing. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
