Unpleasant experience
Bad experience. I had good hopes at first. Unfortunately the product did not match the description and the pickup did not work. I shipped the item back unused in the same package as delivered. The company showed me there was minor scratches on the surface (looked like transportation wear). They falsely acused me of the minor scratches without evidence and is not my fault. They withhold 15% of my payment (60 euro) or want to ship it back. They are unwilling to settle for a proper solution equivalant to the damage. Very disappointed and therefore I am still waiting for my full refund. They should charge their vendor for a faulty product and not me as a customer for minor scratches that could easily be polished.
