Fast shipping, satisfied service...

I usually don't do reviews but my experience with shoespie actually urged me to do it here. i'll say i haven't had any smoother online shopping experience as compared to shoespie. the site makes it easy to pick out your size and then the checking out process is hassle free. i'm shopping with shoespie again, very soon!

Generally, I don't buy shoes from an online store because it's so difficult for me to find a larger size. Well, this website does! The shoes fits me well and thanks so much to their customer service, will choose another one soon.

Shoespie produces and sells poor quality items. They respond immediately to negative reviews with an automated reply expressing concern and a sense of urgency in resolving issues. Shoespie DO NOT abide by their return/exchange policy or their "free shipping" offers. My bf purchased 4 pairs of shoes on their website and I was not satisfied with 1 of the 4. The material was not as described, the fit was ridiculous and the heel was noticeably bent. I initially only expected to exchange the pair for something else. (confident the process would be carried out without hesitation considering I purchased 4 pairs shoes)
After contacting them to politely explain my concerns and request address details for returning the unwanted item. I was then informed by their customer service team member, due to "their patience, the labor, cost and time it took to make the shoes as well as the shoes were CUSTOM made, they will be difficult to resell" and suggested I keep the shoes and attempt to re-sell them myself or they are willing to refund me 15-20% of the sale price as well as I am required to pay the return shipping costs to send the shoes back. For the record:
1. My bf or myself never ordered "custom made" shoes
2. These specific shoes are displayed on their website as
"one of the sexy and best shoes in our site." Which contradicts being unable to accept the returned item as they probably won't resell. (OF COURSE THEY WONT RESELL, THEY'RE DEFECTIVE!) But expect I will resell their defective best sellers!?!?
They have continued to negotiate this with myself and bf. They requested pictures "proving the problem"with the item(s), and deny any acknowledgment for their unsatisfactory product.
The pictures of all the products displayed throughout their website are not actually their products. They replicate these items and describe the materials as "leather" and/or "suede", but they are terrible imitation materials, it is considered false advertising in Canada as well as in China.
They are sneaky with their business with PayPal. In PayPals customer protection policy, "any item custom made is not eligible for protection".
I can't understand how a website/company can still be in business and not shut down?
Any negative review on the website is never posted publicly. And on websites such as sitejabber they will recommend you remove negative reviews in order to proceed with any refund.
A note to SHOESPIE.com; until a full refund is issued, after which I will be more than willing to remove this negative review. Until an agreement is reached, this will remain posted as a warning to unaware shoes-shopper victims.

NOTE: Shoespie immediately responded (scroll to bottom) to my updated review claiming they've had many unsuccessful attempts to contract me via email, and requesting trustpilot remove my review. This is untrue. As they have made no attempt to respond to the photos they asked me to send them. It's been two weeks.

I saw so many high heels on shoespie and many of them are beautiful, I just try to order one. In fact, now I'm a little worried if it can be shipped on time. I think I'd contact with them later on.
