I accidentally discovered them looking for a pair of shoes online. Not only they beat other vendors by a distance on price, their customer service was exceptionally accessible, polite and responsive. I requested them to ship the pair the same day to arrive by the next. This is exactly what happened! The pair was with me in 24 hours! The box and the pair of shoes were undamaged and unscratched. No markings no anomaly, just how a brand new untouched pair should be! I will definitely look to buy my next pair from them. Very Impressed and Highly Recommended!

I have bought shoes from Shoes International 2 years ago and have contacted them now as was looking for the same pair of shoes. I was amazed by the level of the customer service they provide. They went an extra mile and contacted the manufacture on my behalf. Unfortunately the shoes were discontinued but I have such a great feeling after communication with Lynne from Shoes International. I am very grateful for all time she has spent to assist me.

this is my first order with this company and so far I'm not impressed as clicking on their link, or signing in, says it is not safe to use...so am unsure as how to track this order. given 1* so far as am waiting , thankfully I use PayPal, so if I have not heard anything by next week then i can claim money back...never use your card!

This is the second time that I have bought sandals from shoes international. It is a friendly and efficient company to buy from on line. There is also something really nice about receiving a parcel wrapped in brown paper. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will buy from them again.

Sympathetic listening to fitting issues as I use orthotics and did not try to fob off with something unsuitable. Made the effort to contact manufacturer and have the colour and size made.
Staff efficient and each department knew what was happening.

I've bought several pairs of Waldlaufer shoes from Shoes International. All have been at a good price, packaged well and delivered very quickly. Will definitely buy from this company again. Also if you need to wear full orthotics as I do, Waldlaufer shoes are really good as they have removable insoles and are deeper than most brands.

They sell very good shoes significantly cheaper compared to stores

I ordered a pair of shoes that are so hard to find, I've had so many compliments on my old pair, but they were beginning to look worse for the wear. Thankfully they were able to find my shoes and I now have a beautiful new pair of my favorite shoes! Thank you!

As I said after ordering a pair of slippers for an elderly gentleman in a residential home, so obviously he cant get out and about to try before buying, I found it not only very expensive but also very inconvenient to send the parcel back through the post - I didnt know that they were not going to be a suitable fit so it was not a pleasant shopping experience and would hesitate to use the company again I am afraid. The returns cost more that a 1/4 of the whole cost of the slippers.

I have never used or heard of this website before but will not only use it again but definitely pass on what a brilliant service I received from start to finish.
