Shoeless
Ordered shoes in February. After a week asked where they were (you don't get a track & trace). They informed me they weren't in stock but would arrive the end of March.
Half of April still no shoes, so I cancelled my order. They would refund me in 3 days.
It costed me another 2 e-mails, and when I finally theathened to undertake legal actions I got my money back two weeks later.
