I was terrified and sick after finding…

I was terrified and sick after finding this thread AFTER I placed an order with them. I ordered another pair from somewhere else to be safe (getting before Christmas) and tried to cancel the order here. I order on a Saturday and tried to cancel first thing Monday. I talked to a real person who was super kind and helpful. Unfortunately she was unable to cancel due to it already being processed and sent for shipping. I received the shoes I ordered with NO issues after 7 business days from the day ordered. I’d order from them again without hesitation.
Oh! And I had free shipping with no box damage.

Shoe Palace - Adidas SW Hemp gazelles

I ordered the Adidas SW Hemp gazelles. Had to pay $11 for shipping. Shipped late. When the package arrived, it was in a flimsy box and the tape was all messed up. (I have photos of the shipping box prior to opening). The inside Sean Wotherspoon box was all beat up due to the crappy boxing job by Shoe Palace.

If you want shoes shipped and to come in one piece, don't use Shoe Palace.

One big Scam company with criminal intentions

Although I did not purchase anything from this store, but when my credit card details were stolen, they managed to clone or in another way to use that information in person to try and purchase something from I believe their affiliate Everymarket.com. Luckily my credit card company was alert of this and I received a notification of this. Seems like this company is some coverup for some bigger scams linked to their partners also operating in Mexico (this is where I highly suspect the copying of my card happened at Cancun Airport).

Horrible service in Stonebriar Frisco

The service is terrible. The sales staff especially those two ladies are talking in front of the customers. And they do not want to assist us in getting the right sizes on half. Too lazy. I do not recommend buying shoes here.

DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS STORE!!! THEY ALWAYS CHARGE SHIPPING AND CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE IF YOU NEED TO A RETURN!!! THE STORES ALSO DON'T TAKE ONLINE RETURNS!!!! THEY ALSO CAN'T ORDER ITEMS FOR YOU AS THEIR SYSTEMS ARE DIFFERENT! THEY ALSO DON'T PRICE MATCH ITEMS WITHIN THEIR OWN CAPICITY IN REGARDS TO AN ITEM BEING LESS IN PRICE IN STORE VS ONLINE!!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY SHOES FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!

Watch out on fees

Watch out on fees -
1. $15 order cancellation fee even if you cancel right after ordering.
2. You cannot return in their physical store.
3. For returns $15 processing fee, shipping fee is non-refundable and you have to pay the return shipping as well on your own.

Very dissatisfied disappointed they shipped me some old shoes with a damaged box defects on the shoes rock on the bottom of the shoe suede is worn customer service is horrible quick to receive ur money but not quick to accommodate the problem

Alll the reviews had me worried but I took the chance anyways because the was I’m the only store had the shoes I wanted in my size .. The shipping process was fast customer service was on it when I emailed a question.. received my shoes and bought a second pair that’s on the way will definitely keep purchasing shoes from shoe palace!!

THE MANAGER AT THE BAKERSFIELD CA LOCATION WAS NOT HELPFULL AT ALL SHE SAID I WAS WRONG AND THAT THE SHOE I BOUGHT WAS A WALKING AND RUNNING SHOE FIRST OF ALL I ASKED FOR A MARATHON RUNNING SHOE AND NOW SHE IS STAING ITS A WALKING SHOE AND ALL HER WORKERS HAVE THE SHOES AND THEY ARE VERY CONFERTABE FOR WALKING BUT I DO NOT NEED WALKING SHOES, AND THEY WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO RETURN THEM. I LET HER KNOW IT IS NOT A MARATHON RUNING SHOE AND THE WORKERS SHOULD NOT BE RECOMENDING A SHOE AND ASSURING ME IT WOULD BE GOOD FOR LONG DISTANCE RUNING I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. DEFINITLY NEVER GETTING SHOES FROM HERE AGAIN. I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRENDS OR FAMILY BUY SHOES HERE EITHER. I ordered some shoes online to have…

I ordered some shoes online to have shipped to my nephew and they canceled the order “due to information I put in having a discrepancy”…they would not explain the discrepancy but told me I could not place an order. They canceled both ordered back to back, simply refusing to let me purchase. This is beyond ghetto and footlocker or Nike would NEVER. I’ll stick to what I’m used to because I’ve never heard of these off brand rules from such an unprofessional company.

Screw Shoe Palace

I ordered shoes on a Tuesday. I got an email to expect them Thursday. No details just to expect them Thursday. I get a note on my door I had to be there to sign even though i was never told. I sign the note and put it up with a HUGE paper saying deliver package no signature required. They didn’t even try to deliver it again. I contacted shoe palace, I contacted their shipping company OnTrac and neither got back to me. It’s now Monday and I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes. At 50 minutes I will hang up and dispute the charge. No one answers, no one replies, they are extremely rude when they do reply and have no intention of actually delivering anything. Their website is a scam. I’ve sent so many emails saying please deliver my package. I even tried changing the address to my work since I’m there from 8-5 I can sign for it. No reply, nothing it’s literally the worst.

I’d rather give NO stars!

Their customer service is horrible! I emailed them 3-5 different times (I even triple-checked to make sure I had the right email) and they NEVER responded. Then, proceeded to send me a few emails asking for a review. All I needed to do was exchange the hat, but eventually it was too late cause they did not respond within the exchange time frame (they did not respond at all, actually). I just won't be buying from this place anymore and I'd recommend you all do the same. Completely frustrating company to contact. On top of all this, when sent an email to review my experience, they followed up by emailing me back saying they could NOT publish my review!!!!! INSANE! Will never buy from here again.

Canceled order after withholding funds

Canceled order after withholding my money for 10 days. Phone number doesnt work. They state they ran out of stock but my friend got his shoes shipped the day after he ordered. Either something suspicious is going on since it was a hot drop or they are incompetent with managing their inventory.

Clothing NOT sized correctly

Every jacket I own is a size large. I ordered a size large from shoepalace.com and the jacket was HUGE. I returned it and it cost $45.00 to ship it back and I have to pay original shipping. So it cost $76 to try on a jacket. UNBELIEVABLE.
