First and last time purchasing online with company
Just ordered my first and last pair of shoes from the Shoe Palace. Henry Chapa responded to my email. And I called his number to speak with him, I got a message stating he was at home. WTH?! There’s no way to cancel an order and no customer service available to help troubleshoot issues.
4-6 WEEKS Wait if fedex loses the package
I ordered a hoodie late September fedex lost they said wait 4-6 business days to confirm it was lost. Then they sent an email saying it was lost now wait 4-6 WEEKS for the claim to go through which is RIDICULOUS and to this day I haven't gotten an update a refund my hoodie nothing this place is garbage and I will make sure my friends know it as well

Just ordered my 4th pair of shoes from here, shipping was fast and all items have been as described. Unlike the other three times when all of my shoes came shipped double boxed this time some rocket scientist thought it would be a great idea to put the shoe box in a shipping sleeve/bag. This caused my box to be ruined, as a shoe collector I value my boxes just as much as my shoes and this is unacceptable I think I will find a different place to shop moving forward.

Buyer beware of ordering online. I ordered Nike Slippers that were too small. Box arrived beat up, but shoes were in good shape, just too tight and small. You have to pay for return shipping + they charge you a "re-stocking fee". I then went to the Baybrook Mall store to return the shoes and they "don't refund your money or even give you store credit". They only provide "exchanges for online orders". The teenage-looking girl said proudly "that's the store policy" and smirked at me for unclear reasons. I'd been at work 12 hours and just wanted to return the shoes for a refund. I grumpily found a pair of slides and the clerk only hands me one shoe, not the box. Why couldn't I try on both shoes! I got the slides, paid the difference and left, never to shop at Shoe Palace again. I'll take my business and my cash somewhere else,
SCAM ALERT
I will NEVER attempt to do business with this company again. Scam alert. Ordered package never delivered despite claiming so being forced to wait 6 weeks for potential refund from FedEx! I wish I would’ve read reviews on this company prior to purchasing, terrible policy and service I sent many emails no response lied to about time frames of being made whole or followed up with. Never again.
Google image search can lead one two shady businesses
Be extremely careful of businesses offered from a Google image search. Unfortunately I was introduced to this awful business in search of a pair of socks. They are bad. Really BAD. They have a $12.95 shipping fee. A cancelation fee. A restock fee. They will not communicate with the customer if a issue arise with a order. If I can resolve my current dilemma I promise I will NEVER go this route again. NEVER!!!!

I ordered the Wolf Grey 12 Retro size 7 and also size 12. The shoes came 10-8-24. The shoes are fake,fake,fake! If I could post the pictures of them I would! Shoebox was sent in a plastic shipping…
Shoebox was sent in a plastic shipping bag with predictable results of the box being totally destroyed. Shoes were intact but they could not be given as a gift with the box in that condition. As a result of their improper shipping I was charged a restock fee AND I had to pay return shipping on my own. I ended up losing $20 on their bad business practice.

Bad customer service!!!! I tracked my package and it said “Delivered” but I never got anything!! Sent an email informing them and asking what now?!?! Never got a reply, sent another email and a day or so later I got a reply that they would file a tracer with FedEx. I replied to that, ok thank you what’s next? Have not heard back from anyone!! If I would've done my research and read the reviews I would've never ordered from them!!!
The worst online company I've ever done business with.
I ordered a pair of shoes that I needed to exchange for another size because they were too big. Not only did I have to pay for return shipping, but they would not replace my shoes with the correct size even though they had them in stock. This is what a customer service rep wrote me when I asked why they wouldn't exchange them for me, "The item was no longer available at our main warehouse where we complete returns. The item is available on the website since we have warehouses in different states." No explanation was given as to why they wouldn't send me a pair from another warehouse.
No action was taken by Shoe Palace to correct the situation.
They refunded me the purchase price, minus the original shipping, so I am out of almost $40 and have no shoes. I would HIGHLY recommend not doing business with this company.

I returned a pair of shoes I ordered online. It has been over a month and Shoe palace will not respond to any correspondence acknowledging the return let alone the email. I sent them the tracking info saying it the order was returned and SIGNED for but they still wont answer. Do not shop from Shoe Palace

Do no order online. Only shop in store. I was sent the wrong shoe. Tried contacting too many times via phone and email to no avail. They do not communicate well at all! It’s been almost three weeks no word on my return order. Only thing I know is they have received my package. You will only get a piece of your money if you choose return and not exchange.

i just walked out of this store (glendale galeria)very disgusted. I open the box to check the shoes and the size for the last time, the employee behaved very badly (he threw the shoe box into the bag ) I was patient and didn't say anything, but in the end she literally threw the change at me, half of the money was spilled) watch the behavior of your employees.

Ordered a pair of crocs for 47.00. The sticker said that they were only 19.97. Reached out to customer service for a refund. Customer service would not respond or rectify.
Online shopping robbery
I purchased several shoes from this place. Though the shipping isnt the best, with most pairs coming in a plastic sleeve, i did order several in one order and have yet to receive two pair. I sent 2 communications and have held for an answer on a couple calls. Since i lack patience for non sense as an army vet, i prefer to keep my remaining good health instead of waste more time trying to get the shoes or the money, as i value my time and health more. I wont deal with their non sense but will just leave this review everywhere possible. I also wont shop here anymore. Crooks with poor customer service. Sounds about right though.

If I could give Shoe Palace zero stars I would. I almost $200 for a pair of shoes and they sent me the pair in a mailer bag. The shoe box was completely damaged and crushed. On top of that the shoes were tried on, with creased indications on the heel. Whoever works at the Shoe Palace locations in San Jose, CA should all be fired. I will always not recommend Shoe Palace to any and everyone.

Every year I will come back to this site and the BBB and tell everyone my experience with Shoe Palace. My daughter ordered two pair of Jordans, she received a confirmation email, and a tracking number for OnTrac. 1-2-3 months go by and we never received the order. We contacted Shoe Palace and they told us to contact On Trac and put a trace on it. On Trac confirmed the package was not delivered and was lost. I informed Shoe Palace thinking a respectable business would issue me a refund for the lost package. Nope! They would not and did not issue me a refund, they offered me a partial refund of $30.00 when my order was $328.00. I was livid, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General who didn't do much either, but write a complaint regarding the company. I vowed to let everyone in the world know of this company and their horrible business practices. Do not shop from here, they're unprofessional, and will steal your money. There are too many reputable shoe stores around to be bothered with a company that lacks customer service, refuses to honor their orders, ships item with low ball carriers, and steals from people. I warned you, do not do business with these crooks!
