I have now been a Shoeby customer for…

I have now been a Shoeby customer for almost 15 years and I still love it! Love the clothes & variety. Both on line & in store ( my local store is in Nieuw-Vennep) I have a great shopping experience. All staff are very professional, friendly & helpful!

Best Client service ever.

We had a problem with a minor item that we purchased at Shoeby. Although the cost was only 6.99 € I wondered how flexible the Shoeby organisation would be to rectify the situation. It turned out to be perfect. Although some small issues happened troughout the process due to my own mistakes, the Shoeby client service kept doing their best to set the situation right. I experienced an unwaivering effort to provide the best customer service ever. In the end all turned out well and we received a replacement item in the mail without any extra cost. I rarely make these kind of reviews but the service of this company was so exceptional and friendly that I feel it as my obligation to write this.

Ordered something online but no email…

Ordered something online but no email confirmation, no delivery. After a month still no clothes receives. The only thing they send is a reminder for you to pay. Customer service doesn’t respond. This webshop is a joke.

WARNING

WARNING! Think before you subscribe to Shoeby's newsletter! It's just impossible to unsubscribe. They keep spamming my inbox, although they have tried to stop it. Nothing helps, they keep targetting my inbox with their ads. Vol=Vol, echt?! Mijn geduld is op, stop met jullie spam, dank!

Dark and ugly

Pitty, in 2019 Shoeby changed concept. From pretty nice clothes to ugly. I cannot buy there anymore. Before I bought there nice things for my kids. Well, not any more... Sad, that slowly all shops in NL change concept into dark and ugly.
