Very poor service
My order was packed on 3 january 2026. I received a whatsapp message that my order will be delivered by 9 January 2026 but today is 8 jan 2026 and it's still not shipped yet
I tried calling their customer support number and the number is constantly unavailable pr phone is switched off

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the repeated delivery and pickup failures faced by my business while using Shiprocket services.
Unfortunately, not a single shipment has been completed without following up multiple times with your customer support. Every delivery and pickup is delayed, causing operational stress and customer dissatisfaction.
I would also like to highlight a very serious issue: fake delivery attempts by your delivery partners.
In one specific case:
The delivery executive marked attempts without actually attempting delivery.
The customer confirmed (during a three-way call via Shiprocket support) that the delivery executive was not answering calls and insisted on meeting outside the customer’s reachable area.
The delivery executive never arrived at the agreed location.
The next day, again, calls were not answered by the delivery executive.
Due to this continuous negligence, the customer canceled the order after receiving a WhatsApp message citing failed delivery attempts.
After the cancellation, I personally contacted the customer and convinced them to accept the order. When I escalated this to Shiprocket support, I was assured that:
The order would be delivered
Strict action would be taken against the delivery partner
However, nothing was done. The order was never delivered, and no corrective action was visible. This directly resulted in financial loss and damage to my business reputation.
Such service quality is unacceptable for any business that relies on timely and trustworthy logistics. If these issues continue unresolved, it becomes impossible to operate using Shiprocket.
I strongly urge you to:
Investigate fake delivery attempts seriously
Take strict action against negligent delivery partners
Improve accountability and transparency in delivery status updates
Based on my experience, I would advise other businesses to consider alternative logistics providers if service quality does not improve.
I request a written response and a clear resolution plan at the earliest.

This shipment was booked through Shiprocket, and Delhivery is the assigned courier partner for delivery.
On 30 Dec, I received an email from Shiprocket stating that the shipment was “out for delivery”. The same update clearly mentioned Delhivery as the courier partner for AWB 11675170485986.
Despite this, no delivery attempt was made at all. I received no call, no message, and no visit from any delivery agent. My premises have CCTV coverage and 24/7 security guards available to receive deliveries, and there was no visit for this shipment.
Even so, the shipment was repeatedly marked with false remarks such as “consignee refused,” “consignee unavailable,” and “reattempt as per client’s instruction.” These remarks are incorrect. I never refused the shipment, I was available, and I gave no reattempt instructions.
To add further clarity, a Delhivery agent successfully delivered another shipment to the same address (AWB 11675170440991) during the same period. This confirms that the address is correct and accessible, yet no attempt was made for AWB 11675170485986. Earlier failed delivery attempts marked for this shipment are also false.
Recording failed attempts without visiting the location is misleading and unacceptable. Such practices seriously impact customer trust and reflect poor delivery accountability.

The package was supposed to be delivered to me by Dec 27th. Today is Dec 29th evening and I still don't have the package with me. And above that, the status claims to be delivering early! No use giving feedback as they don't act on it anyway! Pathetic experience. About 150kms took a week to deliver!

Absolutely the worst delivery service for medicines. They never deliver and on top of it send messages saying ' customer asked for delayed delivery! Why would a customer ask for delayed delivery , especially when its something critical like life saving medicine. ?
I dont know how companies continue to use them.

Very poor service experience. Pickup has been delayed for 2 days and no pickup agent has visited yet, despite multiple requests.
The return parcel process is even worse — it has been more than one month, and the parcel is still showing “In Transit” in the system. There is no real update or accountability.
Customer support is completely ineffective. Even after raising tickets, no proper resolution is provided, only repeated generic responses.
Overall, the service is unreliable, unprofessional, and disappointing. Not recommended at all for businesses that value timely deliveries and returns.

my medicine reached today morning 7.23 am ( as per tracking) in thuckalay-aathivilai, its very emergency for my illness. till now not received so i went to shop and talk about delivery. they said tomorrow only open the parcel there after they will be delivered. too much baddddddd.

They haven't delivered my order which was placed on 9th December which was supposed to be delivered by 13th December and everytime they say that the customer was unavailable which is completely untrue and a lie as no delivery person have contacted me till date.

and if by chance they pickup after 7 days they do not make it deliver to the customer.

I have been using Shiprocket for more than 5 years now. I must say the journey has not been very smooth, there were times I found it difficult to stick to them. But everytime they came up with a solution and my problem got resolved. Sometimes it took longer and Sometimes they were real quick.
Overall they have really eased my logistics and I can focus on the other areas of my business.

Have been using shiprocket since really long but lately having lot of issues with prepaid order sent back despite of whatsapp confirmation by buyer. Have raised tickets, mailed but no response. Much better to tie up with courier directly.
