AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I order a couple items. I accidentally order one the wrong color. Immediately send an email saying so, although I had 24 hours to cancel according to their site. They respond to me a day later at 3am with a question, telling me to confirm the cancellation. I do confirm it when I wake up. They say I can't cancel, it's past 24 hours from the order and they have shipped it....... Many emails full of automated answers and excuses later i'm waiting for their supervisor to get back at me, still, after 30 days. Tracking shows my purchased items still in china.
