Ordered a bikini top on the 6th and…
Ordered a bikini top on the 6th and paid for next day delivery. Some of the sizes said pre order but the size I needed didn’t say anything about pre order so I assumed they had it on hand. I’ve emailed twice and messaged on instagram and commented on their post but haven’t received any reply or a dispatch email. Disheartening when you pay extra for express delivery and get ghosted by the brand

a full refund, or we can dispatch your item as soon as it arrives , and refund your delivery fee.

DO NOT BUY. Poor communication. Item only arrived after I posted negative comments on instagram. When it arrived, it was too small so I requested an exchange / refund - this was ignored. I’ll be submitting a charge back via my bank account shortly.
Update: The seller has responded to my review (below) wrongly suggesting that I would hear from them via email, but you won’t be surprised that I did not hear a thing.
