Get ready to be shellshocked, the bad way!

Edmonton, AB. West Ed Mall location. Advertised mystery boxes for $100 discounted to $55 with free shipping over $75. Latter never happened. Former, well, inspired this review.

Apparently, I never read the fine print on shipping. Reasonable expectation is for the seller to make it obvious, not hidden, behind a 'may.' And you want me to pay for return shipping.

Why didn't you respond to my purchase query prior to shipping? Yes, the signal should have been enough for me to cancel.

I ordered two, medium size suprize boxes: pipe and bong. For like $55 each, EACH box had Identical contents, save one item each.

Common items in the Pipe and Bong boxes:

1. tray
2. full butane lighter
3. small refill of butane
4. incense sticks
5. sticker (no happy face here)

What differentiated the boxes: 1 runt silicon pipe and one small bong. So, pipe in the box means, pipe box! Bong in the box, bong box!

What truly differentiates the boxes? Little of meaningful monetary consequence.

Can you really advertise this product for $100 and not intend to rip-off consumers buy selling it for $55.00? No. Not with good business conscience.

Can you sell these boxes with expectations of return customers? No. Not me anyway.

The Better Business Bureau would have issues with your shipping advertising, as I do. They 'may' find fault. Further, not following proper shipping regulations endangers lives. No 'may' here.

Seller never placed any dangerous goods label on packaging; it was shipped via Canada Post. Makes an issue for safe returns and increases costs.

And, finally, why not respond to emails on this matter, prior to my hitting your Facebook page? Ah, publicity. Knowledgeable public make wise purchases.
