Value for money pricing, good selection of products and even managed quicker than expected delivery to my home here in remote Shetland.
The hoist is ideal for our requirements and has improved my elderly mothers' quality of life. Easily maneuverable and with the adjustable width legs can fit through our standard internal doors easily.

Appreciated immediate replacement of item that customer care determined to be the wrong size, from a photograph. Very efficient drop off and pick up service.

It was easy to order, the staff were very helpful in answering all my questions before ordering. I got a narrow delivery window and the driver arrived on time. Danielle delivered the bed, put it together for me and explained all the functions and gave tips for things we might not have considered (e.g. turn the wheels inwards when you move it so no-one stubs their toes :-D).
I didn’t do the VAT-free bit properly when ordering, but they sent me a form to fill out and we got the VAT refunded a short while later. A very professional and helpful team, Thanks for all your help.

Easy to order good delivery and setup helpful company

The delivery was well organised, on schedule and helpfully brought into the house. It was a standard Invacare hospital bed which I had elected to put up myself.
Once assembled the bed seems just what was wanted.
I would have given 5 ** however I could not find in the manual self assembly, only self-dismantle, so one has to read this backwards!
When dismantling for moving, manual does not include in section Transport brackets para 2, the need to swing locking clips round to secure joing plates to bed ends.
