Genuinely the most abysmal service provider I’ve ever had the displeasure of being forced to communicate with.

Started my policy three weeks in advance, as my car was added to my old car’s policy for the remaining weeks of it running.

I decided to put a personalised plate on the car, so got in touch with customer services, so they could change the plate before the policy started (it was over two weeks before this date).

I then receive an email to say my plate has been changed, as of TWO WEEKS FROM THE START DATE. This means my car would be uninsured for two weeks, despite me having already paid for it.

I got in touch with customer services and was told there was nothing they could do until the policy actually starts now because their system wouldn’t let them.

When I emailed them evidence it was an issue caused by their team, along with a very firm complaint, they magically decided it was possible to change the plate from the start date of the policy after all.

This all took near enough a week, I do have to wonder how many of these issues are caused by customer service representatives who clearly don’t have a good enough grasp of the English language to be a customer service representative.
