I purchased two tops and they came after weeks of waiting. They were not what I ordered at all. It was cheap trash. When I contacted and asked for a refund they began to haggle with me and send me angry emoticons. This place is an absolute joke. Don't waste a cent here.

3 months ago i tried to buy a jacket from sheechoo.com and till now i got nothing! Trying to get my money back but the only thing i got is aroud 15 email from a call center how's keep trying to trick me! Do not buys from this guys, they are a huge Scam and you'll get robbed!!!!!!

Overall experience was horrible. Order was placed on February 15th with a 15-25 day business day lead time. After 30 business days, having received no information about my order I reached out to customer service. For the next two week I proceeded to ask when my order would be available, with no firm dates, only the vague reply that it would be available "soon". Finally after this had gone on for several emails I requested a full refund. They avoided this for several more days by trying to convince me to put it towards store credit for a different item. After repeatedly rejecting this they finally told me my refund would be provided "soon". After several more emails they finally told me it would be available withing 7-10 business days. By the 11th day I still had not received my refund. After many more emails, demanding my money back, I finally received my refund.

Overall, a horrible experience. Customer service does not answer questions, lead time is unrealistic, poor response time, poor customer service/refund period. Would not recommend.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This company is a joke. They are a scam and I would advise everybody and anybody to avoid these con artists at all costs! I ordered my item over a month ago - I was told 12-18 days delivery. Whenever I email them I am told the same garbage about it being a popular item and it will need a further 5-12 days. That has come and gone and I keep getting the same 5-12 again on top of it. They have no idea when my purchase will be delivered but they were quick to take my money. I have asked for a FULL refund but am yet to hear back. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE!! Avoid at all costs and do not purchase anything from them. They are untrustworthy and a disgrace that should have no place on any platform. Try and look at their Facebook page I left multiple comments that are not allowed to be shown but they show there are comments. They lie and scam.

Still no products that I paid for or a full refund. Same nonsense excuses as before. For the live of god do not use this website and tell all your friends not to touch it!!!
