I have not received the shed yet however my experience on line , the knowledge and details offered were excellent.

Great products and delivery

They sent the wrong shed, not discovered until we spent 10 hours building it. Customer service awful - just keep blaming their supplier. Best offer to fix is send us some parts to retrofit - even though it still won't be the right shed and retrofitting will damage what we do have (whatever that is). Dreadful company trading as multiple names (buy sheds direct, posh sheds, etc) just to try and grab your business - avoid. Also, build instructions terrible and allow 3 times as long as they say to get the job done. Customer service includes having to wait 6 days for them to reply to an email - only for them to repeatedly say "we're speaking to our supplier" instead of actually taking responsibility and fixing things. To be clear - Shedstores proposed resolution is a goodwill payment of £20 from them and some unclear amount from their supplier. They are ignoring their obligations under the consumer rights act 2015 which requires them to supply what was actually ordered and remove the wrongly supplied goods at their cost. £20 compensation really demonstrates the level of customer service this company provides. Avoid at all costs

shed does not fit size quoted and poor construction and keeps coming apart. Money down the drain !

Ordered the shed and came within 5 days. The Driver Roy T was exceptionally helpful, providing guidance on how to errect the shed. Delievery was on time and Roy was courtious amd a gent.

Would highly recomend.

The organisation and communication has been great. Even with a broken down delivery van I have not been left wondering on the status of my delivery. I have t received my greenhouse yet, but would buy through this platform again.

Shed ordered on Thursday and delivered the following Wednesday. Was kept fully informed of delivery date and times. Drivers Mitch and Phil Lewis very friendly and professional. Highly recommend

I was contacted on the day my shed was due to be delivered and was told that they could no longer fulfil the delivery. They were unable to provide an alternative delivery date and said I would have to wait for the order to be reprocessed.
I had already made arrangements for someone to be at the property to receive the delivery, so the last-minute cancellation was particularly inconvenient. Despite the inconvenience caused, I was not offered any compensation, refund, or any other form of goodwill gesture.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and a lack of communication and customer service.

To add to my previous review, now that the shed has finally been delivered, I have to say that the quality is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, nowhere near worth the nearly £550 we paid.

The shed was very difficult and time-consuming to assemble, taking considerably longer than it reasonably should have. Parts are also missing so the bolt of the shed hasn't been able to be put on. We have had numerous emails back and forth with the company and provided plenty of photos clearly showing the issues, yet they have still failed to offer any meaningful partial refund or resolution.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way our concerns have been handled. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company.

The 10 x 10 Forest shed was a great disappointment. How they can offer a 25 year warranty is unbelievable!
We are greatly disappointed. You can see daylight through the joins. The panels where supposed to be interchangeable. But as the panels where all different sizes this was not possible. I and a friend have sent many days trying to rectify the shed and a lot of money purchasing materials to put right the very bad quality shed which we would never have purchased without the warranty. Which is complete rubbish!!
The only good thing about it was the delivery.

This is the 2nd Forest Pergola I’ve purchase through Shedstore. As before, the order process was easy with a great price. The delivery was quick and on schedule, and the quality of the pergola was excellent as before. Highly recommended company

The second order went through after first failed attempt due to technical issues.
Bad delivery communication: received an email at 4am, for 8-10am delivery. Delivery man didn't follow the notes. Hopefully shed will be ok when installed

Fast and good quality shed. Very helpful driver as this was a perched for my Dad. He loves it.

From ordering and delivery...really fast...not received order yet..due soon but so far service excellent!

Worst shed ever for putting together. Warped wood. Lots of knots in wood which push out. Flimsy plastic windows that make noise in the wind. Would not buy from this company again. Flimsy hinges which could break in the wind. This was not a cheap shed.

Our driver, Alex Hibbert, was extremely apologetic for be so late as the M25 was closed. He proceeded to unload the new shed into our garden very expertly and was very helpful in telling us to keep the chipboard dry. All round a good experience.

The wood panels and wood strips were bowed and nearly unusable. I had roof sheets that were chipped/ broken. The Shed was very difficult to construct as so much wood was out of shape. Company did offer to replace bowed side panels as they admitted problem due to hot weather. However, I had already got most of the walls up so to far on to replace. No offer of compensation and if doing it all again I wouldn't order one of their sheds.

The speed of delivery was great as was the delivery driver. 4 rather than 5 due to design. The join between lower and upper real panel is messy. makimg my own fascia to cover it. I also added additional screws than supplied to seat support batons to make more secure. Had fascia been supplied and additional screws would have been 5.
