Service and delivery were good. However the quality of the roofing felt for the shed was very poor. Luckily a family member is a roofer who got us some decent felt. He said the one provided wouldn't last long at all. I suppose you get what you pay for. We also had to fill part of the shed where a large knot had fallen out and left a hole.

So far so excellent with the ordering process.
Now awaiting delivery and construction! Looking forward to it.

Initially I was very happy with ordering and delivery experience and the shed looks lovely in our garden however it is very cheaply made. We have had it installed a week and the felt on roof is very thin and has got a big air pocket down the center and I have been told ‘just lift it pull it tight and tack it back on’ - I paid for installation and it’s only been up 1 week - also the over hang of the log store doesn’t sit on top of the legs and is fixed with really long nails of which you can see about 80% so won’t last long in a wind
Be mindful about 25 year warranty- this only applies to rotting of the wood - I don’t think this shed will last 5 year’s construction wise you can see air through several knots in the wood so overall it is not great quality

The shed is very flimsy not what I expected, instructions are poor, 2 men have spent all day on it and it's still not finished, not worth the money.

Assembly instruction are abysmal. No coding to individual peices. Sketches are of the worst quality possible. Highly disappointed and would not recommendt - ever!!

I found the shed to be well made and easy to erect. The delivery was pretty quick

The buying experience was great and they have kept me up to date on delivery. Can't give you 5-stars yet because still waiting for delivery and installation which is about two weeks away

Plenty of choices for different quality of garden sheds & i got an excellent quality of garden shed for a reasonable price & a delivery date that I wanted.

Well my dad had passed away and I needed a bigger shed to store aload of tools etc.
It was an 8x10 shed.
When it was being erected I hear the young lad say about a hole in the floor but the older guy said to not worry about it.
The shed base was increased by my husband for this to sit on.

But one side of it had a 2 & 1/2 inch showing the concrete base and the other side it over hung by 2 & 1/2 inches.

Contacted shed store who said they would look into my complaint.
Waited ages.

My husband managed to study the shed directly into the concrete base.

The floor the company said they would send someone out but no such luck so my husband had to sort this.

The shed was over £2,000 and he said we would have it pressure treated but this was a waste as you have to paint etc it within 6 weeks.

They didn’t tidy up, plus blocks of wood with nails in laying on the driveway and didn’t even tidy up.

No very impressed!
The ordering wasn’t too bad but had to wait a few weeks for installation. size

Good quality shed and great delivery service

Once erected the shed had many many gaps between the shiplap slats. Photos sent but advised to use a wood filler and small amount refund given to cover cost of filler. Poor after service

Absolutely amazing experience with Shed store from ordering through the process. The delivery was super smooth and the driver most helpful and respectful. I wanted a She-Shed but my space was limited I opted for a smaller summerhouse 8x6 and wanted another workspace and a a relaxing area I think I got that. The quality of the she shed was superb nothing missing easy to follow guides. I have put this up myself yea took me a few weeks but I am ecstatic with the transformation I would defo barely recommend this company and use them again

Tried to order on B and Q website no good ordered on your site went fine all good

Brought the 6x8 yard master shed. First had issues with delivery was told Monday booked day off work. Got to work on the Friday before a text comes through your order is out for delivery. My builder built a 6x8 frame only for the shed to be 6 inches of 8ft. None of timber them measured up and it become a difficult job to put together as it wasn't 8ft.

I found the shed I wanted. Paid online. 5-10 days delivery. 5 days later email to say shed will be delivered 5 days time with a time slot.

Was delivered early than time given always a plus for me delivery driver Shaz helped me bring to back good lad .keep up the good work Shaz 👍

Everything went according to what I was told and all parts arrived on time. Very good service.
