Some sides warped bottom warped roof didnot fit right my son was disgusted with it

Ordered on line. Excellent communication on delivery and assembly. Arrived promptly and carefully delivered. Grant very respectful and pleasant delivery person.Would recommend.

The delivery of the shed was very unhelpful. I got a text message around 10am to say it was being delivered that afternoon. I was unable to be to be home for it due to the short notice.
When I got home, I inspected the shed and found d the quality to be very poor and sections were split and damaged.
I emailed for a return and refund and received a quick response asking for photos. Once I supplied the photos they very quickly accepted the return and refund. However the return process took weeks, I had to email every other day for updates as no one kept me updated. Finally after over 4 weeks I got a text saying it was being collected. Once it was gone, again I had to email every other day and it finally took another 4 weeks for me to actually receive my refund.
I cannot recommend Shedstore and would not use them again after a horribly frustrating and painfully slow experience.

A well made shed, when it finally went together, just took a lot longer than advertised!

I will keep this brief as to not bore you all with a war and peace signed review.
Shed fitted over 4 months ago. Lock doesn't work properly and ive been sent a new one ready for the fitter to come and do.. ill come back to that.. shed does split during assembly so requested 2 new ones. 4 months ago..they sent the wrong door which was big enough for the arc.. I emailed for the 10th time and called. They habe seen sent me 1 door which is ok and 2 damaged doors.. what was good initial comms has now turned into poor replies (if i get one) ive asked via email 4 times for a manager or director to call.. that was 4 week ago.. they sent someone out 2 weeks ago without notice and I was out.. which just about sums up this company.. they did in one email try and fob me off with £80 compensation.. I have no idea when the lock and doors will.be sorted.. I have.no.idea if shedstore has directors.. and if ill.ever get a call... the shed generally is ok.. I hist need a lock that works and doors that dont have splits... personally of you want a shed go elsewhere..... im sure ill.get a waffle response on here and a "im so sorry to hear blah blah blah reply on here" a figure of compensation... £80 for the vast amount of emails and calls. And for waiting 4.5 months and counting for a solution.. poor..

The delivery person was really nice and very accommodating, rarely experienced this kind of service from a delivery.

Shed got delivered today item was well packed and driver was very helpful i have not started to unpack yet as I have to sought out a base for the item to fit on.

Edit: due to Shedstores reply: I have emailed you directly multiple times per week regarding this & each time I have been told, it’s down to yardmaster to sort collection out & nothing that Shedstore can do. So I will provide extra details as per the request, but I don’t see how you can help this time & not the other 4+ times that I have emailed you directly.

I ordered a shed from Shedstore which was delivered on 25 July 2026. Unfortunately, when we started assembling it, we discovered that four of the corner panels were dented and bent. The overall quality was also extremely poor.

We stopped assembling it, dismantled what we had started and repackaged the shed in its original packaging. I contacted Shedstore immediately, provided photographs of the damage and requested a full refund.

It is now 12 August and, 18 days later, the shed still hasn’t been collected and I still haven’t received my refund.

I have been left with a large boxed-up shed occupying my driveway, which I have to keep protected from the weather. I also dismantled my old shed the day before the new one arrived, so I have now been without proper storage for my lawnmower, tools and other garden equipment for 18 days.

The most frustrating part is that I am unable to purchase a replacement shed because my money is still tied up with Shedstore.

Shedstore have told me that the collection is arranged directly by the manufacturer and that they cannot provide me with a collection date. While I appreciate that a third party is involved, as a customer I purchased the shed from Shedstore and shouldn’t be left indefinitely waiting for a faulty product to be collected before I can receive my refund.

I have been told that I will receive a full refund once the shed is collected, but at this point I just want the collection arranged and my money returned.

Very disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend improving the process for dealing with faulty goods and third-party collections.

This is the second shed I've bought from Shedstore.
When it arrived it was placed exactly where I asked it to be.
I spent some time getting the base level as the area I was putting it is uneven. I did have to modify the floor to allow access to an inspection cover beneath to, but it was sturdy enough to allow this.
When it came to building it, I managed to put it together on my own in a single day. The instructions were clear and all the pieces were clearly identifiable.
Now it's up, it's strong, looks good and is watertight.

Ordering and delivery were fine, and the driver was helpful getting the parts to the site. Less impressed with the quality. The door is too small for the aperture and is not well constructed - the tongue and groove is not straight and it is already bowed before construction. The roof cover section was badly twisted at one end. Large gaps have already opened in the sides between planks. All in all - not happy.

Where to start? Shedstore get out of jail by stating timber warps. Everyone of the single pieces had some sort of a bend or twist. I have pictures of multiple issues with both panels and single filling pieces. The diagrams are multi shed so there was no logical process and the diagrams are pretty near useless to work thnrough. Why not a sheet for the shed being delivered. Numbering the bits that are to be used then coincide them with a proper diagram. Add £ for the printing but make it easier! I have a little background making information accessible perhaps just ask me or another Teacher. Looking at the reviews on the site all are 5 star, that I should have questioned as nobody is that perfect. Were Trustpilot not advising you that it is better to admit that there might be someone who is unhappy? Delivery guy was great and advised on painting the roof asap. So full marks for that. Honestly would I recommend Shedstore? - not to anybody I liked!

An excellent customer service experience. I was offered a replacement timber side for one that had split without any fuss.

I've just got my shed today not had time to put it yet got it on time like you said up to yet it's been good service

Delivery was quick. Guy was plesant and helpfull. She'd was good quality besides a few minor errors in construction of the pre made panels. Some of the wood was twisted so would not sit level. The windows are poor quality and have already distorted in the sun.
Screws and nails were enough but a few extra wouldn't hurt. Structure of the roof could do with extra joining braces rather than just the 4 horizontal.
Part from that the shed is good. Looks good for the price..

Quick and easy ordering and have been kept updated with everything.

No complaints with the ordering process the delivery was very good driver was polite and helpful. The only problem was the fact that a fair few pieces of timber were distorted and two pieces I couldn’t use and had to buy them so I could finish the job.

Arrived exactly as advised by a helpful team. There were no missing parts, no damage and quality was good. Assembly was easier than expected.
