Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Made payment 3 days late after my due date 4 days late as I cancelled the direct debit I called them to change the direct debit date to the 24th September as I’m going to do a manual payment this month so they send me a message that my account is in arrears it was not I made the payment and they demand another payment on the same month so that be 2 payments the have on me I don’t recommend to borrow with these people any more even they put the phone down on me how rude
