I bought my first pair of earrings from Shaun Leane and I was delighted with my purchase. Delivery was very fast, and packaging was beautiful. I then bought another pair of earrings as a gift for my friend which she absolutely loved as well! Will certainly be buying again!

I've always loved Shaun Leane jewellery, and now there is a new collection out, I rushed to get me a treat. Super grateful to Alex in customer services, who helped me to amend my order once I've placed it to the wrong address. Friendly and super responsive. Love the new images on the website too!

Shaun Leane has a pleasantly secluded and exclusive showroom just off Oxford St in central London that I have wanted to visit for a long time. I was not disappointed. Visiting from the US I wanted to purchase a pair of their Hook Earrings and the whole experience from start to finish made me feel like a VIP customer. Definitely recommend. An amazing designer with some wonderful collections.

Your team definitely made me feel welcome and looked after in the showroom. Love my necklace and earrings and can't wait to wear them out again!!

My husband bought me a lovely expensive necklace at Liberty from Shaun Leane.
It has a basic problem .
The clasp is SO small that I cannot put it on or take it off by myself.
We brought it back to Liberty and even the staff at the counter could not put it on or take it off..
We had to go to Selfridges to find the manager of Shaun Lean.
He agreed to have a bigger clasp put in…
But for a fee of will £100 !!!
Almost! a third of the necklace !
Very disappointed.
We will not be buying from Shaun Leane again.

I purchased a very expensive ring and within a few short months the stone fell out. When I asked to repair they said a new ring had to be made, and would be ready by October 31, 2022 (after dropping it off in early September). Now Jan 2023 and no communication and needless to say no ring. Shameful experience and they should be embarrassed and avoided at all costs

I purchased 2 sets of earrings in February.
I was told Shaun Leane took care of the tarriffs but they did not. FedEx turned the claim over to collections.
I would suggest not purchasing from Shaun Leane if you live in another country.

I purchased a beautiful ring from this company, it was a two finger quill ring in a gold color that I absolutely love the look of.
Unfortunately after wearing at my first time it scratched and poked me so much that I had to remove it throughout today. ( When I say is scratched I mean - to blood kind of scratch. )
So of course I wrote the company asking if anything can be done - especially because if you have children you can certainly not wear this ring because someone will seriously get hurt in a blink of an eye.
Not only did it take the customer service almost a week to respond, but they simply told me that all the rings were the same and nothing can be done, after a couple of back-and-forth emails with me complaining about the quality of this product they finally offered that I can return it for store credit ( at my own expense for shipping which was $20+ from the US to the UK).
Not only was I disappointed at the fact that they wouldn't refund me, but also that they expect customers to pay $20 for shipping.
So now I'm stuck with this useless ring, and horrible taste in my mouth from this company. The sad part is I have always loved this designer for over 5 years, and this ring was my first piece that I have saved up to purchase. I am incredibly disappointed with the brand, customer-service, the way they this dismissed me and the poor solution they provided after much back-and-forth.
Needless to say I will not purchase from them again, nor am I interested in their product any longer due to the poor customer service.
If you absolutely want to buy something from this brand - I highly recommend looking at websites that offer secondhand jewelry such as eBay, the realreal, teadsey, poshamrk, or what ever other third-party.
