Others Could Learn From SharkNinja UK

I had an issue with my SilkiPro hair straightener, SharkBeautyUK social media customer support team sent me out a replacement next day, absolutely brilliant customer care, honestly the best experience, they were friendly, polite and very can do. I wish more organisations were as good as SharkNinja.

Wonderful customer service from Shark

Very good customer service with shark. I spoke to a lovely lady called Carey who was soo friendly and understanding. She was ever so kind and solved my problem very quickly. I recieved the order the very next day. Excellent service from shark and I would recommend Shark to all my friends. Thankyou soo much to Shark customer service and especially Carey who looked after me soo well.

From ordering to delivery

From ordering to delivery, the process was easy with next day delivery. Product was as advertised, but not had it long enough to see how it performs. So far I'm pleased.

Your representative to whom I spoke was…

Your representative to whom I spoke was extremely helpful regarding the fault I had with my HB150UK Jug, namely that it had developed a leak from the drive section. As it was still under warranty he arranged for a replacement jug which was delivered the following day. I cannot fault the service that I received.

Always great ordering from shark/ninja…

Always great ordering from shark/ninja direct. Recieved my order the next morning less than 24hours after order.. ordered the ninja prestige dual brew. Very well made as I always find with the shark/ninja products and will always pick this brand over others

Instructions

Ninja Pro 4.5L. Good Afternoon, I have just purchased the above Air Fryer, and I need some help and advice. I have read the Instructions leaflet that accompanied the unit, however I can’t find anything on what temperature or timings to cook anything at, I haven’t used the fryer yet in case I have to send it back because you can’t help. An early reply would be appreciated
