I didnt planned to write a review but after i was reading all the comments around here, i decided to write my experience. As the requirements were neccessary , i had to upgrade my system, i was customer in other places and i took my time to decide from where to chose, but, a close friend recomended firmly to try Sharkgaming and even thought we can find cheaper setups, there were way too many reasons why i ended up buying from here. Even if the website is so easy to work with, choose the right components and setups, great compatibility throught parts, i would recomend, if you have the possibility to go there and decide a setup with the technicians. They are verry friendly, they can and they will, make the best setup for you right there, they know exacly what you need based on your activities, either programing, either gaming, so, having this personal disscussion gives an extra plus on your best setup, also they can customise it as you desire, push extra tests or skip some instalations. After together we customize my future PC, ordered it, he made a note about my wishes during instalation and as i had experience working in IT, anything can happend during an instalation or testing or delivery, and we need to understand is NOT their fault, theres a process to follow and we need to understand it as customers, so, therefore i was ready to wait for the delivery as long as it took even said theres no rush. Surprinsingly, i was updated on email and sms, every time there was something changed in my order, i was notified when parts arrived, when technician got them, every test part, when was finished and packed for delivery, which i was really impressed, then 4 days later it arrived. When i got the package which was packed like it was a nuclear bomb, SO SAFE, i let it stay to get the home tempterature and for the weeks passed from purchase, its been running almost non stop. Not even one problem, not even one error or a malfunction. Theyre also involved in many gaming comunities, tournaments and youth investing as i was informed, so theyre more than qualified than the other dealers. My trust is set now as i am over 5 stars satisfied, i am dissapointed about the people who reviewed with low stars problems that werent fair to mention as they were not to blame. I hope they will brand an inovative desk so i can have my "Tiger shark gaming board" :). Thank you again Sharkgaming and the Technician who helped me decide, i hope this review is not that long but i`ll see you soon(friend of mine decided also) :).

They have NO RESPECT for you as a customer, nor for your time and nor for your intelligence. AND they take decisions without your permission or approval.
I was writing everything I went through with this company, but 1/3 through the events, I decided to stop since it was getting too long.
To summarize it. They RUINED 2 months of summer break. Where I had planned so much that needed to be done on my PC. just because they refused to communicate internally, DISMISS me when I called in. and after a month of that and finding that they had been at fault. they offered a compensation that was an insult to me, the wasted time that I had to endure and my intelligence. and I had to WAIT another week to get that offer. I REFUSED that offer and 2 MORE WEEKS of back and forth (mostly me WAITING for a response) and when I decided to take it to "forbruger nævnet" I got the offer of annulling the purchase and getting a full refund. which I accepted so I WON'T EVER have anything to do with them again.
I lost ALL my files and data, because I didn't back them up, thinking that it was a quick fix (I guess that's my fault).
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP FOR YOUR SAKE

I ditt fall gällde det ett batterifel som inte kunde åtgärdas internt, vilket innebar att datorn behövde skickas vidare till leverantören för reparation. Den processen tar normalt upp till åtta veckor, men vi kan se att du inte fick tillräcklig information om detta, vilket vi tar på oss ansvaret för.
Vi förstår att väntetiden har varit frustrerande och även om vi inte delar samma bild av oss som du beskriver, tar vi kritiken på allvar och kommer att arbeta för att förbättra vår kommunikation i framtida ärenden.

- Ordering system is very simple and intuitive
- Customisation of parts is a little limited for the different pre-builds, which is my only issue
- Order arrived earlier than expected and the customer service was also prompt and super helpful when I needed to ask something about the PC I'd ordered.
- The price was a little bit higher compared to few other sources which is why I'm giving 4 stars, but still highly recommend ordering your pre-built PC from this place.

Great service the PC runs perfect and…
Great service the PC runs perfect and is wonderfully quiet . Problem I have is with the lighting , there is no way to turn off the disco lights even when the PC is turned off lights are still on. That's the only reason its not 5 stars , add a way to turn them off please.

You're absolutely right about the lighting – it can definitely be a bit much if the RGB stays on after shutdown. The good news is: it’s often possible to fix this in your BIOS settings (look for something like “ErP Mode” or “RGB LED on AC power” and disable it).
If you’re unsure how to do it, feel free to reach out – I’ll be more than happy to guide you step-by-step. We definitely want that last star!
