I cannot get into my account. To get support I have to be in my account. There is no option to contact support without being in your account. The so-called help they offer is a vicious circle if you cannot get into your account.
Next day: Sharesight responded to this review and assisted me to successfully access my portfolio. Thank you very much Sharesight. Still need an easier way to contact you when locked out of the App, which is a great App by the way.

Tried out the product and found some inaccuracies in the historical data. I queried the data but no response. Subsequently, I cancelled the service but the cancellation did not go through initially so i got billed for the full subscription. Then tried to contact cusomer service after cancellation and there is no contact point.

New to sharesight, I am impressed so far. I think it would be helpful if in addition to the time ranges available that 1/ the last calendar year and 2/ A customizable date range would be helpful.

Great customer service on the expert tier subscription helping implement product updates into my portfolios. Saved me a lot of time and energy.

I have been using SelfWealth for many years and am very pleased with the ever improving platform and level of customer support. I come from an IT services background, and I can honestly say the SW is extremely stable/reliable. I have run into some tricky situations after completing broker transfers between portfolios (not a SW issue); these can be complex. The SW team have helped me out in a professional and timely manner.

I think ETFs should be categorised according to their biggest holdings.. It’s pretty obvious what industry each one is tracking.

Complex pricing deal combining with Morningstar subscription got more complicated when I wanted to pay annually rather than monthly as my Credit Card is set to refuse international on line payments. Gilhan from SS went to no end of trouble to assist and sorted me out.

A thought ... I dont enounter this problem when using Pay Pal - worth Sharesight haing a look at Paypal option to pay as way round this problem.

Still waiting for a transaction to be reversed. Person I spoke to was prompt answering my concern, but a week later it hasn’t been repaid.

This has literally changed my life. I used to run a spreadsheet to track everything. Sharesight does it for me, and better than me! The amount of time it has freed up for me cannot be understated. It's like having a personal assistant take over the paper work.

Had not used the site for some months and resetting info was clear and unambiguous, It worked almost immediately!

I subscribe to Sharesight because of the FIF option. It is so easy and efficent to auto load up the trades from my broker.
When I need support, I will received in just a couple of hours.

Understanding and supporting late payments

Recently my home computer was hacked and I lost control of my digital life. Part of my recovery involved my share trading platform cancelling my share trading account and transferring my holdings to a completely new account. The support people at Sharesight spent considerable time and effort gaining access to my trading history from my cancelled trading account and matching it with my new account giving me access to my full trading history.
The support team at Sharesight cared about me as a person and promptly provided professional feedback to all my inquiries. I recommend Sharesight to both new and experienced traders with the knowledge that if you need that little extra support, as I did, you will receive it promptly with courtesy and respect.

Overall, the product and customer support are good. I use the product in Singapore, but one challenge is the lack of integration with local Asian brokers. This needs to be enhanced.

I tried an initial download from my broker (Scotia) to test it. I found the Sharesight instructions to be non-specific ("just click on the download button") but could not find such a button. I didn't see where I could get help so I gave up. I know other people seem to like it and maybe I would if I could get past step one.

Very good service. Issues resolved quickly. Regular updates and feature improvements.
